Bedroom #5: located on the 2nd floor upstairs and includes 1 king bed (sleeps 2), and a smart TV.

Easy Parking
Fits 8 cars—perfect for big groups! Our driveway can fit up to 8 cars. No cars can be parked on the street and there is no offsite parking nearby. The parking passes provided are to be used when going to the community amenities such as the lake, pool and courts. Each car when parked in the driveway does not need a parking pass.

Security
There are Ring cameras with video and voice recording around the outside perimeter of the home.

Know Before You Go:
You will be asked to fill out a rental agreement upon booking. This agreement must be completed in order to gain access to the home. The names of all guests visiting the home must be listed on the application and we require license plate numbers to be listed.

Occupancy:
16 adults max, however children under 2 do not count to that total occupancy number. Our community provides 10 amenity badges and 2 parking passes for guest use. Amenity badges and car passes are required for access to features like the pool and lake beaches. If your group includes more than 10 people, please be aware that we're unable to provide additional badges due to community guidelines. We want to ensure everyone has the best experience, so feel free to reach out if you have questions about how this might affect your stay!


Guest Verification:
We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.

Propane Grill:
Please note that we work off an honor system with the propane tanks. We do not provide refills and ask that each guest refills or switches out the tank if it's empty or low at the end of their stay. Upon booking, we provide instructions on the closest places that provide propane.
