Someday we hope to retire and spend many months at Casa Gardenia, but until then, we want to share our dream home with others who love the quaint Mexican Village of Sayulita!
Why they chose this property
After owning a condo in Puerto Vallarta, we discovered the authentic charm of Sayulita. We decided we had to become 'locals', so we purchased a piece of land with a stunning view and spent three years building our dream home.
What makes this property unique
Our casa offers a spacious, open floor plan on one level without having to maneuver up and down countless stairs. Each room in the casa provides a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. During the warmer months, you remain very comfortable in our entirely A/C casa. Enjoy unique stairwell access with a five minute walk to the north end of the beach, located right next to Casa Gardenia.
