Family Vacation

Large family of 13 from MO with kids, parents and grandparents. Where do I start? This house far exceeded any expectations we had before arriving. The home is large enough for each family to have space to themselves; but plenty of gathering areas that were inviting and felt like home. We started each morning with espresso/latte from the awesome espresso machine with a sunrise over the Denver skyline. We ended each evening with a family dinner cooked in the expansive kitchen and sunset over the mountains. The deck space was incredible, offering incredible views from a comfy outdoor sofa, while watching TV. I could stop there, but our kids enjoyed the large pool with LED lighting while parents enjoyed the hot tub with a fresh Coors Light. Both offer amazing views of mountains on one side and the Denver skyline on the other. After sunset, we found our family gathered around the huge Bocce Ball court under the lights. Great family bonding all around! Check in was simple and easy. Great instructions were provided on how to operate the smart home from your phone. You can control it all from the lighting to the TVs with a push of a button. Location is perfect, whether going East to Denver, West through the mountains, or South to Pikes Peak. You’re right in the middle of it all. 15 minute drive to Golden for the brewery tour and trails all around to explore.Courtney was extremely responsive and communicated several weeks out from the start of our trip. BOOK THIS HOUSE!
