Welcome to our newly renovated lake house retreat, 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom (with stand up showers), 2 living rooms, double floor exterior deck, screened porch nestled in the exclusive gated community of Timber Trails within the prestigious Lake Naomi Club. Experience the perfect blend of modern luxury and serene nature in the heart of the Poconos, just 90 minutes from both NYC and Philadelphia.

Modern Contemporary Decor: Our lake house is newly renovated and has new appliances (Smeg, Samsung), flooring, and shower rooms. Our modern home provides a comfortable and relaxing environment for your stay. New double unit air conditioning (24,000 btu and 18,000 btu) 2x smart TV’s (1x portable to move around upstairs between screen porch / master / living room)

Relaxing Natural Views: The house offers tree views with no one behind the house, backing onto a state park. Providing quiet, natural surrounding and indoor comfort.

Outdoor Entertaining: Relax on any of the 3 exterior decks, perfect for BBQs, soaking up the sunshine and playing Cornhole. Our outdoor fire pit is ideal for evening gatherings under the stars.

Winter rentals: all ski equipment must be left outside on lower (covered) porch. No snow boots allowed in house.
