After reviewing your photos and report we pulled the listing for a full inspection and completed multiple fixes, including: - Repairing/replacing the HVAC/AC system and servicing vents and filters - Deep cleaning the entire home and removing scented plug-ins; switching to unscented, low‑chemical options where needed - Servicing/replacing the refrigerator and other appliances - Replacing mattresses and bedding and tightening/updating furniture for safety and comfort - Repairing/refinishing floors and refreshing the bathroom fixtures and decor - Improving exterior lighting and conducting a safety review of the immediate area - Updating the listing photos and description to accurately reflect the space and adding a pre‑arrival inspection checklist for future guests We take these concerns very seriously and appreciate you bringing them to our attention that feedback directly led to these repairs and cleaning protocol changes.
