Other things to note
- AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
- PETS: No pets are allowed
- SMOKING POLICY: No smoking is permitted.
- PARKING: Your vehicle must meet the following requirements to park at the garage parking: max height is 6'-8", max length is 18’-0” including hitches or any other attachments, and max width is 8’-6”. You have 2 reserved parking spaces at the resort’s parking garage.
There is a nearby (walkable) public parking lot ($12/24-hours and $84/week) for additional parking or oversized vehicles.
- ADDITIONAL CONDO: We also have an additional condo on the 14th floor with the same floor plan.
- ADDRESS OF THE CONDO: Shores of Panama Resort, 9900 S. Thomas Dr, Unit 822, Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The condo and 2 reserved parking spots are on the 8th floor.
Please be aware of weather here in Florida, especially during hurricane season. Trip insurance is always advised as we do not offer refund after 60 days before check in.
Resort is currently under construction. Siding repair and painting. There will not be any interruption to amenities during the peak season. Please excuse our mess. Note, you may not even notice.
