Beautiful house. Neighbors were friendly. close proximity (less than 24 minutes) for our travels. Our stay was like being at home. Enjoyed the area. Was close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, mall, downtown and pampering spas. The host was very hospitable and accommodating. Thank you.

Everything was as listed in the description. We were not in the house much as were were in Cincinnati for just the weekend and attended several events, but the location was a great home-base. The only negative, which wasn't a big deal, was getting in and out of the driveway. There was a car parked on each side of the driveway right up to the edge, and it was a narrow road for on street parking, which made getting in and out tricky. I would not advise bringing any large SUV or truck.

The house was as advertised. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals. We were in town for the Flying Pig marathon. I would stay there again next time I do the marathon.

Great location but the place needs to be deep cleaned. Front door is completely chipping paint. There’s no chairs for the front deck. Behind bathroom doors are pretty gross. Ceiling fans are pretty gross. Hole in the carpet in the bedroom. They also ask you to do the towel laundry and turn on dishwasher before you leave which is fine but we payed 190 cleaning fee which must go to someone to do a simple vacuum and light dusting. Also the main bed has quite the dip in the mattress.

Property was just as it was shown in pics, great neighborhood, close to so many venues. Communication with the host was excellent, unfortunately the washing machine wasn’t useable due to cleanliness/upkeep but everything else was great. We mentioned it to the host and sent pics, she indicated ordering a new liner immediately that will help the next guests. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do laundry and needed to. We’d definitely stay there again.

We loved everything about the house and the location. It is centrally located to all pf the things we wanted to do and was perfect for attending a concert at Riverbend and then exploring the city on Saturday. The owner was responsive and helpful.

A great stay that we would gladly repeat. A number of restaurants are within walking distance: I loved walking to an early morning bagel-and-coffee at Einstein Bros and we sampled the Indian fare at Jot. All the activities we wanted to do (zoo, aquarium, and ballpark) were about 15 minutes away, easy to get to and (usually) with alternate routes if traffic was an issue. Kroger Marketplace (with a great gas price) and Walmart were each about 10 minutes away.The property itself is well-maintained with a well-designed kitchen. The entry keypad confused us at first (tap it once and it "wakes up," then you can type in the code), but that was the only "concern" we had during the entire visit. The bedrooms were roomy, the two full baths well-appointed, the washer/dryer convenient (upstairs between the bedrooms!), and the host very responsive. Connecting to the Wi-Fi and using the TVs was very easy, a better experience than some prior trips. (Wi-Fi bandwidth was good, too.) Both beds were comfortable; the master bedroom bed was roomy and comfortable, if a bit soft. Headed to Cincy? Head here and have a great trip!
