Boho Bungalow has its own private entrance, which is accessible via a sidewalk that leads to the rear of the property. The home is located behind Boho Rosa, and while the space is completely private, please be mindful that other guests may be staying in the front house during your reservation.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle on-site. If you have more than one vehicle, please plan accordingly for off-site parking options nearby.

As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.

Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
