Includes full kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate with 3 coffee making options. Comfortable work space for two, family games, and large spacious yard with deck for visiting and enjoying good weather.

All areas of the property are accessible to guests with the exception of the basement.

This updated home sits on a spacious .92 acre lot close to the heart of downtown Waynesville, offering rare space and privacy yet easy access to local amenities and the FLW military post.

Our stay at Julie’s place was absolutely fantastic. The home was very clean and cozy. It was also stocked with pretty much anything we could need and more. The host was great with answering any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend staying at this location and using this host.

I cannot say enough nice things about this property or the host. It was a nice, relaxing place to rest our heads while our son was graduating from the Army. This is a very convenient location to access Ft Leonard Wood and i appreciated being able to bring my sons best friend, his dog! Although, you would never know pets are allowed as the place is clean and odor free. I’ll start with the very first benefit, it is easy to find, even when arriving late. You might be worried that there will be a lot of traffic noise due to the location but that is not the case, it’s very peaceful inside. The house is not only decorated very tastefully, but thoughtfully stocked with items you may need. There is a hair dryer, extra toiletries, make up removing wipes, coffee tea, and more. There were items in the fridge and freezer, I don’t know if they were left by the host or by previous guests so we didn’t use them, but they were there. The bed was comfortable and the blankets and pillows were so soft and fluffy. We got in very late the first night and had no problem falling right to sleep. The sounds of nature drown out anything else. I absolutely would stay at this property again and would recommend.

Home was just as described. Very clean, cozy and the decor was spot on! The location was easy to find with local shopping close by. We enjoyed our time at the house and exploring the area. The master bed was super comfy!! Great restaurants we enjoyed were the Juicy Crab Shack and the Hen House!! We will definitely be back for a weekend get away!!

This is place is absolutely AMAZING and so much beautiful in person! The house has a warm relaxing atmosphere. The furniture and the beds were very comfy, not to firm but not to soft. You can tell that the owner really put a lot of time and effort into the little details that can make your stay even better. I LOVED that she had black washcloths for removing your makeup. The location is very convenient. It was easy getting onto the highway or go downtown. The owner was easy to communicate with. They responded very quickly to my questions and even check in to see how things were going to see if we needed anything. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
