Welcome to Denton Go Cabins, a cozy cabin stay located inside Denton Hill State Park in the heart of Potter County—Pennsylvania’s “God’s Country.” This is a true trailside basecamp, with miles of hiking, biking, and seasonal riding routes nearby, plus easy access to the world-famous dark skies of Cherry Springs.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a quiet reset in the woods, or an adventure weekend, this cabin delivers the perfect mix of rustic charm and simple comfort.

🐾 Dog Friendly (No Pet Fee)
Bring up to 2 house-trained dogs (no cats or other pets).

Wrap up your days around the fire pit—s’mores, stories, and skies full of stars. Firewood is provided.

🍳 Cook + Gather (State Park Friendly)
The cabin includes a fully stocked kitchen for easy meals. Please note: grills are not permitted in the state park, but the fire pit includes a grill surface for cooking.

🚙 UTV / ATV Rental Information (Please Read Before Booking)

The UTV shown in the listing photos is not included with your cabin rental.

Guests can rent UTVs just a short walk from the cabins through our partners at Denton Go, located right within Denton Hill State Park.

Important Seasonal Details:
• The PA UTV/ATV trail system is only open from Memorial Day Weekend through the last weekend in September
• As a result, UTV rentals are only available during this same timeframe
• Outside of this window, the trail system is closed due to weather and seasonal restrictions

Bringing Your Own UTV/ATV:
• You are welcome to bring your own
• However, trail access is still limited to the same seasonal dates above
• Outside of the season, there are some approved riding roads in the region, but:
– You will need to trailer your machine to access points
– Direct trail access from the cabins will not be available

Booking UTV Rentals:
Detailed instructions for reserving UTVs through Denton Go will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

We loved our stay at the cabin and will definitely be back. The weather didn’t behave so no star gazing occurred. We went to the Lumber Museum across the street and that was very interesting. Our dogs loved their long walks around the property. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

The cabin was great! It was clean, well-maintained, comfortable with everything you need. Towels, linens, WIFI and welcome basket was a plus! Cabin was centrally located for quick access to some great fly fishing! Highly recommended, thank you!!!!

I would like to give this property as many stars as we was able to see …. A MILLION STARS!!!! Everything was perfect. You can tell our host has pride in his property and wants his guest to thoroughly enjoy their stay! Perfect location for stargazing! Loved the Lumber museum right across the street and my adult kids were able to rent an ATV just steps away from the cabin! A million stars!!!!

Wonderful Mountain Get Away

The mountain cabin exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nicely decorated and we could bring our beloved poodle/bichon. All amenities were exactly as described. A welcome basket of goodies was a nice touch. So relaxing under the starry sky. Convenient private parking, a great fire pit and the wood and fire starters were provided. Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and rockers on the private covered porch for morning coffee which was provided. Convenient to Cherry Springs State Park, PA Grand Canyon and Wellsboro as well as many other parks and museums. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a special cabin in the PA mountains.

Great place, beware of “air conditioned”!

Everything was great. I’d probably go again. The thing that misled me is that it is advertised as “air conditioned” (which is something that I looked for because my son and I are both usually warm) but then the AC is only in the living area and you are told to close the doors to the bedrooms so that the air conditioner isn’t overdone. Well, I need air conditioning to sleep if it’s warm! We were fortunate to be there when it wasn’t super warm. But, it would’ve been nice to have fans in the bedrooms because they were still a little warm for us.
