Welcome to the one of the closest cabin from Cherry Spring State Park (less than a mile)! It sits on around 5 acres of secluded cozy mountainside under dark skies.
Dog friendly | lots of parking space | fiber optic internet | 2 decks | fire-pit | Fireplace | Renovated in 2020 | Wildlife viewing and Star Gazing without getting out of cabin

Dog Friendly! Welcome responsible owners with well-mannered dogs. Sorry but cat and other animal not allowed. Dog fee is $70 per dog per night.

The space
It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 decks, fully stocked spacious kitchen, 6 chair dinning table set and spacious high ceiling living room for your family and friends. Includes a cozy reading room place.

Smoke free cabin. Smoking is prohibited inside.

Excellent in most respects. I would definitely stay again.I couldn't get the gas grill to function, but that might have been me!The owner thoughtfully left extra lawn chairs which we were very grateful for.

This cabin was absolutely perfect for us...4 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals and the coffee bar was an added bonus. Location was perfect right next to cherry springs so we had beautiful views of the stars. Also fairly close to the PA grand canyon for nice trip during the day while waiting for the stars to come out. Cabin has great firepit area too for sitting outside and enjoying the outdoors.

We had such an amazing weekend. Got greeted Friday nite by a mama bear and her 4 cubs. Went to the pa grand canyon, coudersport ice mine, and saw a million stars. The cabin was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Host was awesome and gets back to you quickly with any questions you have. Would definitely come back again and recommend to all

Ideal cabin for a family vacation. It isn’t fancy, but it is perfect to disconnect and reconnect. Well stocked with spices, cooking equipment, grill, and even has a really nice coffee bar! Beds were comfortable which was a nice surprise!The cabin is well stocked with paper products, games, and blue ray disks. The fire pit was an especially nice touch and we used it a lot.Very quiet area close to the state parks for hiking and stargazing. Everyone agreed the cabin was perfect.The host responded almost immediately to messages. The only feedback was that some of the furniture was a bit oversized for a cabin, but it was totally fine.

Looking for clear skies

We loved the house. Wish there were instructions to turn the gas fireplace down. We plan on returning to hopefully clearer night skies for better star gazing

Great location and getaway

Cute cabin close to Cherry Springs State Park

Overall a nice, cozy cabin that we enjoyed for a short stay to see the stars. The owner was very responsive when we reported a problem with the master bath shower.

a lovely cabin in the woods

well stocked, spotless and just as described! But kim was so kind an answered all of our questions quickly and easily. we enjoyed our long weekend and would definitely recommend this cabin to others!

Beautiful area, pretty house!

My boyfriend and I have stayed in this cute little house for the new year. Overall we had a great experience, the internet / tv could have been better, the bedsheets smelled a bit old, bedrooms, bathrooms + kitchen was pretty clean though and the location of the property was incredible!!

Great long weekend!

We had a wonderful long weekend in January! Didn't get to see many stars because of snow, but the snow day in and of itself was a welcome break from our normal lives. Note for future winter guests that the lock was pretty stuck when we got there due to the cold, so you may need to use a bit of muscle to get in if it's been very cold. But the owner was responsive to my texts/calls, and all was fine once we realized it was just stuck.The cabin itself was lovely and we had a very comfortable couple of days. It's adorably decorated, and the kids especially loved being up in the loft area.I'm already looking for another weekend in the summer to come back and try stargazing again, hopefully on some clearer nights!

Just needed a weekend away with family and friends an 1000% was accomplished here. The perfect amount of space for my dogs to run the fire place area just beautiful. Don't forget too look up into the amazing night sky...breathtaking. i appreciated everything about this property. Would 10/10 recommend

A Perfect Getaway Under the Stars!

A fantastic property for our group of 4. It's a quick drive away from the Cherry Springs star field (even walkable when the weather is nice). The property manager is quick to respond to any questions you might have. Seeing the night sky under truly dark conditions is a memory that we'll never forget, and I can't wait to come back again!
