The place was very comfortable. The temperature in the house was nice and cool and the beds were all very comfortable. They supplied adequate amount of towels for my family of 5. The washer and dryer was very appreciated by us as well. Over all this was a wonderful home away from home for us for the week.

You need look no further..If I could score this property a 10 out of 5 on all measures I sure would! I cannot say enough positive things about this property or the host. We travel to this area often and will definitely be visiting this property again. If I could add a few more 5 Stars for location; bed comfort, neighborhood, check-in and check-out, well & comfortably appointed, loved the back porch in mornings, CLEAN, KIND, WONDERFUL in every way! We had the best time!

Very nice and comfortable house for a nice family getaway. Not far from the beaches or any attractions Corpus has. The space is very clean, and easy to have a lot of people around. The house is very nice. There were no issues, even during a severe weather weekend. We didn’t lose power or water. The HVAC kept the house very comfortable. All the appliances worked as they should. Even the neighbors were friendly.

Plenty of space and super comfortable sleep

Home was nice and clean, comfortable plenty of space to sleep comfortably very convenient location a few minutes from plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Great option for families who don’t mind driving to the beach even then the drive is just a few minutes away. Nice quiet neighborhood pictures are very average and we definitely love the price you won’t find a better deal!!!

Our little family came down to corpus for a vacation it was a stressful drive down but the host was very nice and let us check in as early as we could when we got to the house it was really clean and cool and a perfect size for our family all the kids loved the mortal Kombat game they had in the house I think my boys wanted to play that more than going to the beach I will definitely book this house again if we take another vacation down to corpus again

Good afternoon, The AC temperature can be lowered to 70°F, but not below that, as it can potentially cause the system to freeze. To adjust it, simply press the down arrow on the thermostat. I would also like to clarify that I personally inspected the home two days prior to your stay, and the video provided was taken immediately before our departure. Based on your initial concern, I issued a refund for the cleaning fee in good faith. However, after further consideration, I do have concerns regarding the validity of the cleanliness claim. The photos you provided were sent halfway through your stay rather than within the first few hours, which is typically when such issues are reported. This timing makes it difficult to verify the condition of the home upon your arrival. I’m sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. That said, as reflected in our previous guest reviews, cleanliness has consistently not been an issue at our property

The house is spacious, in a good location, and had everything we needed. The master bathroom is great. The kitchen is well furnished. Very clean. The kids and men loved the arcade game. The only little thing that would be a nice addition is some lamps, especially in the bedroom. But that is such a tiny thing. The price was great, and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the Mortal Kombat II arcade game. Everyone had their own space. Trundle was perfect for the 2yr old. Kitchen was perfect for me to make spaghetti for my family after a fun day at the beach. Lots of room for my sister and her kids to visit us. Quiet neighborhood. Cameras outdoors made us feel like our truck was safe. I would certainly book here again. Host was super friendly and responsive too.

The 4 stars is not a reflection of bad stay. I just don't give 5 stars. I let the host know of any concerns directly. The house is very close to the beach. Up the road from many places to eat or buy groceries. I just wish there was a broom to have access to, because no matter how much you rinse sand off with the hose outside. It still finds it's way inside. Kitchen was good enough for basic cooking. Beds are comfy. Water pressure decent. Hot water for a long time though.
