Enjoy amazing sunsets from our deck overlooking Peconic Bay, New construction, beautifully decorated. Open plan, bright and perfect for entertaining. Full modern kitchen 2 dishwashers, wine cooler and all amenities. Beautiful outdoor deck with a screened in porch. Master bed and bath with King Size bed flat screen TV and balcony. Jr. suite queen size bed with own bath, bunk room with 2 sets of bunks and guest room with queen bed, additional bathroom. , Den with flat screen TV, Geo Thermal A/C and Heat. Head down to our private dock for kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming. In private Bay community with beaches within walking distance from our home.

We built our home in 2011, we built it as a vacation home for our family. It is beautifully decorated and has all the modern amenities. Built in sound system, 2 TV's, outdoor shower. Our own dock right out our door where you can go kayaking, swimming or paddle boarding .

We are located in between the towns of Southampton and Sag Harbor, lots of great restaurants, shopping, movie theaters.
We are also close to the ferry for Shelter Island.
