We would like a financial return due to the fact we did a lot of cleaning. Fishes, utensils , dishes & cabinets . We clean & washed the floors as we departed the home

The cleaning crew would like to thank you for leaving the $5.00 tip. The house was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before your occupancy. You left alot of clothes in the drawers, and other junk. The place could have been cleaner, one room had tiny little ants but we put cinnamon which worked for them to leave the beds alone. Place is older but they are up keeping it. Great ac, they put a new washer and dryer while we were there, nice location. We didn’t use the pool but it looks nice.

When we first walked in, we noticed on the kitchen island, there was an electric cord coming from the ceiling that appeared to be from a chandelier but was converted to a multi plug outlet. A microwave was plugged into it, and we felt it was unsafe. Also, we noticed the refrigerator was plugged into an orange extension cord that was connected to one of the kitchen counter outlets, which was also unsafe. None of the outlets in the kitchen counter were GFCI ( also unsafe). We also noticed there was either mice or lizard feces all over the utensils and napkins in the drawers. We had to clean and disinfect the kitchen all over again. The exterior was a little disappointing. on one side of the yard was an old wheel barrel, an old glass sliding door, an old wooden ladder and some other types of wood against the fence. Also, in the yard is an old boat on a rusty trailer which could be unsafe around children. We felt all this was unsafe for our small Jack Russel puppy. The pool was great, the bedrooms were great, and we slept well. If the negative things mentioned above are taken care of, we would certainly rent this place again in the future. We want others to have a great experience, thanks,

This place was perfect for our family of 4. Everything we needed was provided. Great central location. Pool was really nice and relaxing. Manager was quick to handle any questions and was available. Will definitely rent this again.
