The property was clean, homey and well prepared for guests. The sofa bed downstairs is surprisingly comfortable. I liked the fact we were so close to restaurants and the state park. I would recommend this house for young families because the set up with the beach is perfect. Also, the lake is beautiful. Thank you, Kevin for being such a good host.

We had a great experience! Host was excellent and helped us and more every step of the way. Cabin was very clean and property was exactly as advertised. Kids had blast being right on the River and enjoyed the Paddle Boat very much. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property.

I liked the little details the most, the place is clean, the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. It’s a home away from home. We will definitely recommend this place and be back for another stay. The owner was easy to get in touch with and responded immediately. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely lakeside cabin. It was the perfect size for our writing retreat. It was spotlessly clean and reasonably kept up. We enjoyed views of waterfowl from the balcony with breakfast and the sounds of the waves on the lake lulled us to sleep at night. We will absolutely book this property again next year for our next Lake Livingston stay.

The cabin was well equipped; and very nicely set up.We enjoyed the paddleboat. It was so pleasent to enjoy the view over the lake, and watch the various birds.This was a perfect escape getaway for us, and we look forward to staying here again.

This was our first time staying at a lake house cabin in Lake Livingston and we definitely picked the best place for our family. The view of the lake was amazing, and our kids enjoyed the beach, swimming and riding the paddle boat. Great fishing, relaxing on the deck and by the fire pit. The house itself was very clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again for our next getaway!
