Perfect functional apartment for both business or leisure travelers. Enjoy the swimming pool within the residence, along with a peaceful atmosphere.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 1 or 2 people, with a convertible couch that can fit a 3rd guest if needed.
Located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, you'll be close to the upscale Bellaire area, offering great restaurants and supermarket.
Easy access to major freeways, you can quickly reach Galleria, Downtown, Med Center, NRG Stadium.
The space
here is no TV, and we do not provide Wi-Fi. If you have Xfinity, you might be able to connect to a public hotspot from the living room, but I can't guarantee it.
Youâll find everything you need to cook. And coffee lovers, youâre in for a treat: thereâs a high-quality espresso machine, and I provide delicious organic coffee beans â theyâre in the freezer to stay fresh â and theyâre seriously amazing!
Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself, ensuring a private and comfortable stay with no other guests to share the space with. Enjoy access to the community pool for a refreshing swim. Conveniently, washing and drying machines are available within the communityâjust remember to bring coins.
