This place was perfect for what we needed for a long weekend getaway. Beautiful, quiet property, with plenty of amenities and local destinations. The host was very attentive and we would definitely book again.

Great place for our weekend. Love the great room and the master bedroom was comfy. Our little dog was perfectly at home here and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Hot tub was perfect. Great location.

Our second stay and never disappoints us staying here. Plenty of room for everyone and fur babies to roam around. Checkout Green Bush Brewing, food was phenomenal! Beer Church never disappoints us either.

The house & grounds were not clean. We did not stay at the location. The silverware was dirty, there were cobwebs & dead bugs, the outdoor areas & grill were dirty. I contacted VRBO twice to no avail. I would assume the owner has a cleaning service but they did not do a good job. I didn't pay to stay in a dirty house. I feel my money should be refunded.

We had a lovely time. Fireplace and hot tub on a cold winter night cannot be beat. One unexpected bonus - one of us had to work remotely and the second family room den was perfect. Quiet enough to get stuff done, but still be part of the mix.

Beautiful location in the trees, hot tub, fire pit, and indoor fireplaces were awesome. We didn’t get a response when we contacted the host about a lack of supplies to actually start a fire, but we still had a great time and I’ve recommended this house to friends. Hope to come back!

The house was just as described. Roomy enough for all of us including the fur babies. Easy check in and out and the house was very clean. Awesome stereo surround sound, really enjoyed that surprise. Will definitely be back as we really enjoyed the area, close to everything yet private.

I cannot recommend staying at this property. Security is the biggest concern. The doors did not lock! The beds were comfortable, and there was enough kitchenware for our stayThe hot tub was disgusting. Day one we contacted the site to have it cleaned, we were told it would be serviced. It was not. We contacted site the next day and were ignored.We were asked for a 5 star review, in order for them to give us a 5 star review. We provided our security concerns as well as the ignored hot tub. They did not respond.This property should not allowed to be rented because of the security issues. Not providing advocate locks on in doors is a huge concern, and needs to be reviewed by VRBO. There is also an issue with electricity. The lights flickered, and we could not use some lights. It seems it was a wiring issue.

House was great. House was had so many windows and nature was very active (squirrels, chipmunks, and deer) The only thing I would have changed was the couch in TV room was not comfy like the formal living room. Thank s for the great home for our stay!

The property is in a great location. The space is definitely large enough for a large family, we had a group of 8. The house itself needs some updates and minor maintenance. The floors are significantly worn and dirty in common walkway areas. The recessed lights do not work throughout the house. Some of them are disconnected and some of them only flicker/flash when you turn the light switch. Both sets of glass doors in the King bedroom do not lock. The lock is stuck inside the door, when you turn the nob, the nob does not turn to push the bolt out. There was a yellow pee stain on the white floor rug in the King bedroom. The King bedroom also contains a really nice shower but the grout is missing between tiles and needs to be replaced. The glass door in the second living room with the fireplace, built in shelves and TV has the same lock problem as the doors in the King bedroom. The screen door was also broken, and the drape rod is falling off the wall if you touch it. The mattresses are incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. There is no storage in the bathrooms or 2nd/3rd bedroom. There's sand in the bottom of the hot tub. Even though there's space for large gathering there isn't seating for everyone in one room. I would stay again if they addressed these minor issues. Overall we had a good time.

I travel to this area a couple times a year. Usualy girl trips .This trip was birthday. This house was perfect. The owner was very easy to get intouch with.We took our dog and the yard at house was amazing. Very well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds. Spacious for family.Would definitely stay again.I posted a picture of the deer that visited us 1st morning Highly recommend

Clean, cozy, and convenient!

This spacious, yet cozy home was a perfect retreat for our visit to Union Pier! Everything was super clean (and I’m picky about that!) and equipped with everything needed. Bill was very responsive to any questions and so pleasant to work with. We will definitely book again next year!
