Charming 4-bedroom house with Private Pool
Bring the whole family to this 4 bed 2 bath child friendly desert paradise. We offer a private back yard pool (with safety fence and life jackets) as well as amazing neighborhood amenities!
The neighborhood includes:
- 3 huge heated pools and 3 hot tubs
- 4 new pickleball courts
- 2 separate tennis courts
- Basketball and sand volleyball court
- 9 hole free pitch and putt golf course
- Catch and release fishing pond
- Various playgrounds
- 2 BBQ grilling areas
The home is ~1900 Square feet and features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
The backyard pool cannot be heated, but all community pools are heated to about 85 degrees and don't see a lot of use.
We have a keurig machine and will supply coffee pods for your stay
We have a pack and play as well as a highchair for your young ones.
The garage is locked off for owner storage.
The master bedroom is a sleep number bed that has controls to adjust the firmness/angle of the bed.
We have plenty of towels for both in home and pool use.
Each bathroom is equipped with a body wash and shampoo dispenser.
