Partial open concept kitchen with custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The dining room comfortably seats 8, with additional seating located in the breakfast nook. The main living room has a queen sleeper sofa and high-speed wireless internet. All bedrooms have 43' TVs with cable. The home has central air and heat.

Located through the queen master bedroom is access to the game room with ping pong and a full-size pool table. There are strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat available for your infants and toddlers to use. Full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage as well.

Off the living room, you have access to the rear yard. In-ground pool with outdoor seating, covered patio, and Natural Gas BBQ grill.

This house SLEEPS 10 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 10 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
