We had a wonderful time exploring Denver and the surrounding areas with our son who recently relocated there. The property was perfectly located and was just what we needed. We were too busy to use all the amenities but saw them as we headed out on our adventures. Loved that the train station was so close which made it convenient to go to the airport. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment was perfect and conveniently located across from Union Station. The amenities were amazing-hot tub, pool, pool table, shuffleboard, a gym, work space, secure parking, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Chris was not only responsive, he went above and beyond. He let us know that we could check-in early and personally met us when we had an issue (completely operator error, nothing wrong with the place). We would absolutely stay there again!

EXACTLY as listed - super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to have a few meals in. Plenty of towels, appreciated washer/dryer. We were easily able to walk to/from Union Station (arrived/departed Amtrak) and took advantage of a couple city tours that met there. Coors Field was an easy 5-minute walk. Tons of restaurants, bars and shopping within a few blocks radius. Whole Foods was just a short elevator ride below us. The amenities of the complex itself were great - Pool & hot tub, pool table, community BBQ's and cooking areas, and so much more. Super quiet apartment in a very comfortable neighborhood that you can easily walk 24 hours a day. Chris was extremely interactive and a great source of information on the area. Besides just sightseeing in the immediate area, it was a great location for a day trip to Estes Park, and sightseeing the Rockies.

This apartment was in a perfect location for our vacation which included a Bronco game, Elich Gardens, Meow Wolf, and a Cirque du Soleil show. We either took the light rail which is a block from the apartment or rode the Lime scooters along the river trail. Having a Whole Foods and CVS just downstairs was really convenient and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. Because this is an urban apartment, make sure you arrange with the host ahead of time if you need parking.

I had a great stay at this VRBO in downtown Denver! The location was ideal — close to restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city super convenient. The unit was very clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.One small hiccup was the confusion around the building layout. The check-in instructions did mention which tower the unit was in, but I didn’t realize there were multiple towers in the complex, so I initially went to the wrong one. A heads-up about that in the listing or instructions would’ve made arrival a bit easier.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again!

Perfect Location

This Unit was exactly how it appeared in the listing, very clean, everything we needed was there. I met my friend in Denver for an annual girls trip and one of us slept on the sofa bed was very comfortable.We took the train from Denver Airport to Union Station was so convenient.Great Restaurants close by and very walkable.

Chris was a great communicator and very helpful with last minute parking addition. The apartment was cozy and clean, with the exception of the outdoor patio, which needed a little help. Would recommend as a great place to stay in Denver.

The apartment is clean, well appointed and in a great location - literally steps from Union Station. No need for a car, but parking is available. The pool and the Whole Foods in the building are added bonuses. Check in and check out is simple and Chris is great with his communication—really helpful. This comfortable and convenient apartment was the perfect way to enjoy time with our daughter who lives in Denver.

Everything we needed

Lots of bonuses with this place. Very secure! It's 1 block from the Metro so you can ride it from the airport. We did not because it was late in the evening. We were there for baseball at Coors Field. Easy walking distance. There is also a Whole Foods and CVS in the same block which was nice. We didn't do any cooking but it looked like everything we needed was there. Ice maker in the freezer was nice. We did not use the parking garage. Everything was very clean and quiet. I didn't hear anyone else. We were a couple who traveled with 14 yr old grandson who slept on the pull out. All the bedding was fresh and adequate. The AC worked great. There was also a little patio onto a BBQ area which was great and quiet for the morning coffee. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property, great communication, excellent location just a couple blocks to Union station for train, bus and LRT.A short walk to Coors Field. Free bus every few minutes to 16th St mall. Whole Foods and CVS next door. Apt spacious and very clean and very secure with a small outdoor patio.We made a great choice with this property and highly recommend.

Loved it

This place was in a great location. You could take a short walk to find a place to eat, get coffee or shop at the Whole Foods market around the corner. The kitchen had plenty of storage containers, pots and pans and utensils. The parking was great. When it was raining, we could park and get into our rental without getting wet.
