Easy check in and check out. Very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing. Every time we went out we weren’t as pleased as dinner on our patio because the view was so unbelievable. We kayaked and paddle boarded every day. We went snorkeling on our tour but didn’t see anything we didn’t see right out our back door. Can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful home! The views are stunning. Every morning was a different, glorious view of the sunrise, viewed right from the porch. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a fairly secluded lot with close proximity to some really great local restaurants is a bonus. If sport fishing is your thing, you couldn't pick a more convenient location. We would love to come back again at some point.

This house was amazing! The location was perfect, a lot of parking (although the listing says there isn’t any-there was enough for 10 cars in the driveway, if needed). We’ll come back for years to come. The amenities were great and the company was so easy to work with, very communicative. Best experience!

The house had everything we needed, except curtains on the sliding glass door and bathroom windows facing the neighbors. Great location!!

Tremendous rental property

I am afraid to leave the fabulous review of this property, because I don't want anybody else to know about it. Selfish,I'm so ashamed! Absolute paradise. Our own private waterfront getaway. Quiet ,peaceful location with million dollar views. Great location! Close to all the restaurants and attractions, but far enough away,to be very peaceful at night. Sunrises were spectacular, while having coffee on the wrap around deck. Already booked for next year

Great place with a great view

The wife and I were in town for a wedding and rented this spot which was only a half mile away from the venue. The view is amazing. The house was clean and just what we needed.. We fished from the balcony! LOL. You're that close to the water. Caught fish, relaxed, soaked up some sun. Highly recommend.

Loved our little beach house!

We had a wonderful time staying right on the ocean! It was lovely to have sliding glass patio doors and listen to the waves and feel the breeze all day and night. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and has all the dishes, cooking utensils, etc you need. We were excited to find paddle boards available for our use as well. There is also a gas grill we used several times to cook dinner. The location is great...very close to Robbie’s which does fishing trips, parasailing, etc. Lots of choices to eat for restaurants, and not a far drive to many area attractions. The only negative thing I could say is that it’s not a great place to swim. It’s rocky, very shallow, and tons of seaweed and some garbage wash up every day. (As it is on the ocean side everywhere) So, if you have little kids and want to be able to swim out your front door, this may not be the place for you. We thought it was about perfect for us and enjoyed our stay and are sad to leave.

For the price it should have been better

We start are trip as it was a treasure hunt ... first with the key to the property then it was a hunt for the for the bath towels and the kitchen towels. The sink in the kitchen was not clean pots and pans were also dirty. The couch was broken and very uncomfortable. The beach was full of trash. The carpets that were there needed to be thrown out!! Then we hit the mother load with two roaches!! But the view was beautiful

Thank you for your review. We appreciate good and bad. It helps us to do our job better and make your vacation the best. However, this review is unfortunate. We have never had a negative review at this house! Check in instructions are emailed to every guest a week in advance, and we ask you communicate that you received them. Which you did. We try to make sure they are super easy to follow, not sure why you had an issue but we apologize and would ask how we can make it better for future guests. We want check in to check out to be flawless! Also, no one reported anything being wrong with the couch until this review. We have a call in to our current guest, that has been there since the 1st of the month, who have not complained, to see what is wrong with it. Again, we want our guests to be happy. Vacation is important and should not be stressful. Please, in the future, call us right away! We are available and always want to make our guests feel at their home away from home!

Perfect Zen!

This property is absolutely beautiful and amazing!! Pictures just can't do it justice! Even though there are other beach houses nearby, it's spacious enough on the property that you still feel like you're in your own escape from the rest of the world. It really is peaceful and the design of the house maximizes the ocean views and breeses...We will totally look forward to returning someday!

We loved this seaside cottage! It was perfect for the 3 of us. It was so peaceful and you are right on the beach. Your balcony view is the ocean. The cottage itself was very cute and clean. We will definitely be back!

Our stay in Islamorada

The view of the ocean is good to wake up to in the morning. It’s a good location if you want to do thinks at both ends of the keys. The in side of the house is nice has been updated the out side could use a little work. It is a view property not a swimming beach but you can go kayaking .

Stunning location

House was lovely. Deck & view and ocean access sublime. Everything was great though the kitchen could be much better supplied. We bought a steamer, a pitcher, Would be nice to have some serving utensils . There is one double kayak and two paddle boards. The kayak paddle was broken but when we reported it it was replaced immediately. Ditto with iron. I think the turn over crew could do a better job of making sure the house has all it says it is in good working order. Rental agent was great!! Would love to return without a doubt.

The Perfect Vacation Stay

This was the best vacation. The keys alone are beautiful, but this house really made it. Beautiful ocean views, nice big front driveway and space to park, super clean and simplistic. It felt like a quaint beach home. The house was easy to find and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen and bathrooms and appliances were so clean. It had a closet full of beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and other misc things that you would need. The beach at the house was definitely full of sea grass and some trash that washed up, but that's no fault really of the owners. There was a rake right there to clean away some immediate things if needed. We have no bad reviews whatsoever, check in/out was super simple if you read the directions. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful inside, water not so much....

First off the inside is very nice. The colors are perfect, the kitchen was what we needed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The views, we enjoyed for the most part. Upon arrival the water from the rocks for about 40 - 50 feet out had nothing but dead seaweed and trash (plastic wrappers, bottles, cans, broken flower pot, etc) for as far as you could see left and right. This was such a problem we never went in the water at the rental, which was the whole point of renting a waterfront property to start with. I know the owners can't control the dead seaweed, but it also covered what sand would have been in front of the house. It was obvious that no effort had been made to clean this up. Throughout the week, mother nature took care of a lot of it, however the sand area was still covered and needs someone to come and clean it off. The house on the north end of property had contractors for a couple of days. Not noisy at all, it was the fact that the contractors felt it was ok to urinate in the little bit of vegetation still growing between the rental and the house they are working on. This happened a couple of times. Overall, we did enjoy the house. It was comfortable, had the amenities we needed, was clean, and we were able to cook just about every meal without any problems. Not being able to get into clean water at a waterfront house was a real problem for our family. Would love to rent again, just not sure about the water, would have to spend time considering my other options.

We are so glad you had a wonderful vacation at this home! The renovation has given this home a beautiful facelift! It's truly a shame people throw garbage in our beautiful waters for the tide to wash up on shore. And you are right, the sea grass has been out of control this summer. Luckily, it's not always that way. Hopefully next time you visit the sea grass won't be an issue. Hope to see you and your family back in Islamorada very soon!
