Over 120 years old carefully maintained and completely updated.

-Located in the heart of West side Saint Paul, MN close to some of the best Restaurants in the City.
-4 minutes to downtown Saint Paul.
-18 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
The space
This is a communal hostel setting, secured with cameras for safety and security, they are located outdoors and in community areas only (Kitchen, Living room)
The prices start per bed/per night for a private room. Any additional guest staying overnight are $50. To rent the entire home feel free to reach out to me for details and discounts.
Rooms are private and setup with either 1 bed, 2 beds or 3 beds, we assign the room to you based on your reservation. Fees are charged per person, per bed.
Spacious 4-bedroom house with 8 beds. With shared living room and kitchen unless you book the entire home.
