This is a great place to stay. Absolutely beautiful and in a very peaceful location on the lake. We had 5 adult couples and the amenities with the pool, hot tub, game room and large TV’s was great! Well stocked kitchen.

Everyone had a great time. Kids loved the pool and hated to leave. Kitchen is well arranged and coffee bar is well stocked. For us Houston folks used to flat landscape the driveway decent was a little daunting. The more athletic ones enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. We would definitely come back.

The place was nicely decorated. The host provided a well stocked kitchen & the downstairs bar area was very nice. My family of 12 enjoyed the private pool & hot tub. We made many good memories while there. The only downside was the was all the spiders on the upper outside patio. This area needs to be treated by professionals & power washed. I’ve stayed at many lake house homes, but never experienced so many spiders. We purchased spider spray to spray the patio but it didn’t help much. This is the only negative about the place.

Wonderful host and a beautiful home. The house had everything we needed, and our group of 16 had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We loved the lake views and the convenient location reasonably close to Oaklawn and Hot Springs restaurants. Every bedroom being an en-suite was a huge plus. The outdoor deck, pool, hot tub, fire pit, and lake views made this an especially memorable stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience for our family!

Great House!

This house was great! We had 8 adults and 1 child, and it accomodated our large group very well. The home was clean and spacious, and only about 20m from town. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and kayaks.

The house was clean and well equipped with what you needed to enjoy your stay. Nice to have the bedrooms with bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone. This house is in a very quiet tranquil area! Pool is lovely. Our only issue was the spider infestation that the house has on both decks. We understand on the lake there will be bugs, this was not that. Once the sun began to sink into the sunset and you want to enjoy the balcony and lower deck you could not do so. There are tables to enjoy eating outside, but you cant unless you want a spider in your drink! This was not a spider or two, this was literally hundreds of spiders both large and small covering the house and windows. With the cost of the nightly rental, they surely could afford to have it exterminated. The game room was nice too but again, get ready to play with a few extra 8 legged uninvited guests. We never used the hot tub as it was surrounded by webs. This was a huge disappointment to the group we were with as we were unable to enjoy many of the amenities with the house. Many will say its just a spider until one lands on your shoulder while enjoying the morning sunrise! The owners must know of the issue and must not care. Well cared for home so its a shame. We knocked down daily webs to no avail. Its a beautiful home, but if you don't like spiders this is not the home for you. Sadly.

Best Family Lake Vacation!

From arrival to departure we had a wonderful experience! The owners went above and beyond, even accommodating late check out when we had a major car malfunction during the trip. The house itself is beautiful and we had more than enough space. The pool and game room were perfect for family time. We also loved kataking on the lake and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit in the evenings. We cannot wait to come back in the fall!

This home could not have been more accommodating for our family of 10 (7 adults a 3 kids) to spend quality time together on our annual family vacation. Absolutely nothing like a summer vacation on a lake. This stay had kayaks and paddle boards to cruise around in, classic arcade style video games that the kids and adults absolutely loved, and a fun two story running, pool swimming, hot tub lounging, late evening fire pit making smores, summer vibe we all were looking forward to. If/when we vacation in Arkansas again, we will certainly be staying in this home. The hosts were very attentive to any concern we had during our stay as well. Highly recommended! Thanks for the hospitality!

Overall the house was nice. The owners had a Christmas tree set up which was nice as we were celebrating Christmas and my six year olds birthday. Everyone mentioned the cleanliness was excellent, which coming from this group is saying something. The kitchen is well stocked which was nice. We paid for the pool to be heated which the kids used every day. The hot tub was intermittently not working. The house maintenance guy was able to get it working for most of the trip. Unfortunately, it had stopped working again when my husband and I went out our last night for one final relax. We would have liked the outdoor fireplace to have heat but it was only electric so you go the look but no actual warmth. While watching the kids swim heat would have been nice. The king beds in the one upstair and one downstair bedroom was comfortable. The adult couple on the upstair queen bedroom said the mattress was bad. The downstairs showers didn’t have hot water. Even my six year old asked for warmer water in her shower. Suggestion to owners : do something with the trash cans at the top of the driveway. They blew over daily which was an annoyance as the last day something had gotten into the trash. We tried to pick up as much trash as we could.

The perfect lake house!!! We don’t get a lot of time together as a family and we definitely chose the perfect place to catch up and unwind. Check in was easy. The host responded quickly with any question we had. Very clean! Very comfortable for all 13 of us! Plenty of room to spread out all throughout the home. We found everything we needed in the kitchen! Fun game room! The pool, hot tub, kayaks and fishing dock were the favorites for the kids as well as the adults! The location is so pretty! Tucked into a quiet cove. The view from the balcony is nothing but trees, the lake, and the pool down below. So peaceful. We can’t say enough about this beautiful place! Thank you for a wonderful time with our kids and grandkids! Lots of memories made!
