There is also a full size pull out sofa in the living room. This is a rail-road style unit- extremely common in Brooklyn town houses- meaning that you walk through the living room to get to both bedrooms and through the larger bedroom to get to the smaller room. The rental also includes a front yard with a seating area. You can see the lower Manhattan sky line from both bedrooms. The rental includes all linens, towels and kitchen items as well as housekeeping every two weeks. We provide a selection of beverages and snacks as well.
