Located within walking distance to a small beach and quick drive to the local shops and restaurants of Main Street in Beautiful Chatham.

This 3 bedroom home, 2 full baths sleeps 8 comfortably.
The Master bedroom features a queen size bed, closet, flat screen TV and private bathroom. Guest bedrooms includes a queen size bed, closet and small desk with mirror and lots of natural light. The other bedroom has 2 twin size beds, desk and closet.
Full kitchen with island seating, dining area, sliding door to deck with grill and dining set.
The bright and sunny living room features flat screen TV, fireplace, sleeper couch and side chairs.
The large finished basement offers 2 twin size beds, seating area with flat screen TV, laundry room, playroom. Walk out basement leads to outdoor shower.

This home offers all new mattresses and pillows, new beddings, new furniture and decor to complete your Cape Cod experience with the feeling you never left home.
We do NOT provide linens but we can gladly suggest few local companies that can provide the service for your convenience.
NO PETS ALLOWED

This Town has lots to offer: from the beautiful renowned Chatham Bars Inn, take a walk along the picture perfect lighthouse, learn something new at the Marconi Maritime Center, don't miss the Chatham Town Band every Friday night at 8 pm in Kate Gould Park on Main Street or catch a movie at the Orpheum Theater.
Enjoy a day trip to Nantucket with a short drive to the Freedom Ferry in Harwich Port.

My family loved staying near the beach. Home was beautiful for a nice long needed week of vacation. Near local activities and multiple beaches. Home was beautiful!

Wonderful stay in Chatham

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The layout is fantastic with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area upstairs and the great basement with play areas downstairs. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities and more- including beach gear and cart. Wi-fi was strong and we had no issues working remotely and streaming. Pleasant Street beach is a short walk away and was perfect with our young kids. We would definitely stay here again!

First time getaway to the Cape

This is a charming house, well decorated and clean. It was well equipped for cooking at home and family gatherings. The owner has thought of everything, including having a first aid kit handy. We enjoyed Forest Beach and the proximity to both Chatham and Harwich port. I'd recommend this property and would love to stay again.

Wonderful time in Cape Cod

We stayed in Daniela's beautiful house in Chatham. It was perfect for our family gathering (5 adults and 2 kids) with all the amenities we needed. Beach chairs & umbrella were especially handy! Short walk to the ocean and quick drive to shops and restaurants. Daniela was responsive to all of our questions and very helpful. (If new to renting in Cape Cod, as we were, note that linens are not provided.) Overall, we highly recommend the property!

Wonderful Chatham home, close to everything you need...Location, Location, Location!

Spent a week in this home with sister & friend. We had more than enough space with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, plus a large lower level area with additional beds & family room area. The house has a beachy feel to it, with a nice deck & yard for relaxing after a day of beach fun, shopping & sampling the many restaurants close by (Marion's Pie Shop is a must try ). The location was great with lovely homes close by (not too close) & close to both Chatham & Harwich. The house was freshly decorated, clean & comfortable & there was a book full of information about places to eat, beaches to walk to & all sorts of entertainment options. Daniella, the owner was responsive & helpful in every way. You need to take a short 'country' lane to get to the house, but it was charming & well maintained. We can hardly wait to go back. Thanks Daniella!
