Place was very nice. Actually looked better than the pictures portrayed. Was very clean. Provided lots of extras like paper products, hygiene items, kids games, baby items, pet items, laundry detergent , coffee bar. Was very reasonable priced considering had two bedrooms, covered parking, full kitchen, and conveniently located to a lot of things. Check in and out was easy. Everything worked out except a light over the sink. Beds were comfortable. Had a washer and dryer, which was nice. I was there for nine days and it was a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

LOVED IT! Perfect for fishing weekend at Rend Lake.

We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We stay with VRBO atleast 1 a month and this property is one of our favorites. These owners really take the extea step to make you feel at home. All the extras were so appreciated. Especially all the coffee cups! We stayed here for a weekend while fishing Rend Lake. Loved little town of Benton. Everyrhing you need close by. We will be back! Thank you.

We were looking for a place to rent in the Benton area for my husband’s BCHS class reunion. We found this listing just on the edge of Benton and West City and it worked great for us. The apartment was clean and met our needs perfectly. We had issues with the wifi but it was a provider outage and the only reason I mentioned is because the host got back with me super quick to let me know the issue. They have a nice coffee bar, variety of coffee creamer, and snacks. They also had some cubed ice in a bag in the freezer that saved us from having to get more ice before the drive home as well as a basket of personal care items we didn’t need but was a nice touch. We would definitely stay there again.
