We had a great time at this house! It had everything we needed and is located within walking distance of all of the shops and bathhouse row. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was super clean and tidy. Loved all the little housing details like the waffle ingredients and coffee station. We found the bed super comfortable. Noise from the unit next door was unnoticeable unless they were talking on the front porch, so we hardly noticed we had neighbors. We did unplug the TV in the bedroom right away. It was making a very high pitch electrical noise even when off. So we only used the TV in the living room. Perfect walking distance to downtown. Unfortunately loud traffic does like to cut through on orange Street during the overnight hours, so that woke us periodically. But we would definitely consider staying here again. It was lovely.

Super cute & clean property. Everything I needed during the stay was provided & in great condition. Property was as advertised & within walking distance to Bathhouse Row and near the national park.

Ambiance was spot on! Kitchen was very well appointed. The bathroom door prevented privacy due to a problem with closing it. The shower was very small, preventing my 6 foot 190 pound husband from being able to wash and rinse sufficiently. The mattress was worn and hard, as we noticed we were unintentionally moving to the dip in the center.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location and decor, and appreciated the stocked kitchen, Ron! I wish you had reached out about the bathroom door, we were not aware it was not closing properly. The shower is a 3x3 tile shower, sorry to read it was not sufficient for your husband. The king mattress is less than a year old, so I will be checking the bed supports to see if there is something we need to address, the mattress is definitely not worn and the firmness is medium. If you had reached out, we would have had a team member over immediately as we strive for all of our guests to have a wonderful stay!

I LOVE this little house! It is so cute, the pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend making waffles from the waffle bar provided in the kitchen. This house is within walking distance of several restaurants and cute shops. Most importantly, the mattress was awesome and this was the best sleep I've ever gotten away from home. When we visit Hot Springs again, we will definitely be staying here. Melissa is also very prompt in getting back to you if you need anything. :)
