Não ficamos no apartamento locado, ao chegar, foi nos dado a opção de ficar em um apartamento melhor sem acréscimo de valor e aceitamos, a comunicação com os responsáveis foi boa, fomos bem orientados sobre a locação em geral, nada a reclamar, somente a agradecer pela boa estadia.

Preço bom,localização ótima,mas a faxina deixa a desejar,na suite sujo como se fosse sangue debaixo da cama de solteiro,banheiro social,não tem onde pendurar nada,E um bom apto,porém tá muito descuidado .já e a segunda vez que alugo com a família wil.sao bons anfitriões,mas quem zela pelos aptos deveria ter um pouco mais de capricho na limpeza ,principalmente na pandemia.Espero que da próxima vez eu possa ter nota melhor.obrigado.

Ap muito bom, Mas o chuveiro de um dos banheiros,estava com defeito,e pedimos a manutenção ninguém apareceu para solucionar,a limpeza péssima A faxineira não tem capricho nenhum,parece que passou o mesmo pano cheio de cabelo em tudo,(fogão,armario,pia) (vidro do box sujo) E os utensílios da cozinha,deviam ter mais opções,muito fraco de vasilhas,copos etc.. Um dos quartos tinha umidade na parede,e os colchões e travesseiros cheirava a mofo.. No mais,a localizacao e o condominio sao muito bons.. Foi um bom passeio..
