About this property

A little piece of heaven in Nuevo Vallarta

My place is great for a quiet, relax family vacation, there is two beautiful pool plus one pool on the beach, the waves are nice, there is many great restaurants around, a lot of activities (need to pay on site) 24hrs security, gate parking lot, AC, WIFI, Netflix and satellite tv, food delivery is available upon request, the condo is locate it in the fifth floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains and of course the sunset from the beach . There is construction going on, place is just right for six people although the house rules admits up to, there is a full size bed in the master room with private bathroom and shower, the second room has three single beds, tv with netflix.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Talking with Contact

Stay was ok. We got lock out of the suite and had to wait an hour for the contact to come and get us back in. She was very nice but spoke very little English so that was a challenge also. Getting feed back on the original booking was not very fast in response.

Unreachable Host

First two weeks weren’t acceptable.. Our host manager didn’t understand English so had Aria management message the owner and host. Our owner was contacted without any replies. He did not answer their emails and our internet did not work the first week. Being a concerned guest and helping the owner’s host make this an acceptable rental in the future we spent 2 weeks waiting for repairs and deliveries often without prearranged times. The host did not offer any compensation or even a thank you .

Disappointed

First of all. Lorena who met us and gave us keys was very nice but did not speak English at all. Impossible to communicate with her. Would have been nice to have written instructions on how everything worked. Place is in dire need of proper maintenance. The host Ricardo was rude when I said a few things about his place. Told me sorry that the place does not meet my 5 star. Told him I'm not a 5 star person. Didn't have tv for 6 days. He kept on saying tv worked then after 6 days said it was the administration's satellite TV that was not working. Out and out lie. Went to administration and she said absolutely nothing wrong. She came up and set up netflix. Normal tv stations didnt work ever. Why did he not send someone to the condo to do set it up? That would have solved it instead of lying. Asked him what to do with the keys when leaving and did not message me. Poor poor communication.

Plage et sites et piscines agréables, resto sur le site super !

L’appartement est adéquat, mais vieux et manque d’entretien. Beaucoup de choses brisées, BBQ ne fonctionne pas , pas de câble sur la TV. La chambre 2 - pas de fenêtre sur l’extérieur, pas de meubles confortable sur le balcon , Dommage site intéressant ! Beaucoup de bruit de construction… majeur autour pour encore plusieurs mois . Vraiment toute la journée. Pas de vue Gros hôtel en construction à côté!!! Bref je ne reviendrai pas à cette appartement.

NOT OCEAN VIEW

The photos in the listing are inaccurate. The balcony no longer is ocean view. There is a huge building being built directly across and is noisy the entire day from 8am-6pm. The concrete dust is all over the floor as well. Very fine dusty feeling when wearing bare feet. Not worth what I paid for.
