The property is great and nicely secluded. The hot tub at night listening to the peppers while watching the stars was so magical. The hosts were lovely and kind. They told us about local places and the place comes so well stocked. We will definitely be coming back

Great place to stay really away from it all. Weren’t the closest to everything but loved the solitude. We even met a friendly neighborhood dog. Very cute place.

Loved all the amenities that the host provided for us. King bed was super comfy. Hot tub was amazing. Rustic cabin with lovely little touches. We did not know about the gate which threw us for a loop. And the 2nd bath is just a bathtub which is nice but with an all girl trip the2nd shower would have been more convenient. I needed to pay more attention to the details so our fault not reading that but overall amazing space. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful, relaxing, and peaceful weekend! Everything we couldve asked for was provided; beds were comfortable, wi-fi worked well, and local food was great! We were very pleased with our stay!!!

LOVED this cabin for an adult weekend getaway with friends! Such a cute property with so much charm! The hosts have decorated this cabin adorably and they have so many great things available for use! They had a smores kit, some welcome ale8, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, towels, plenty of spices, kitchen supplies, wood for fire, charcoal for the grill, games, the place got a bit chilly so loved seeing plenty of comfy blankets available! The upstairs room got a little stuffy so bring a fan if you can or if you run hot. The outdoor fire pit area was very nice and was a great place to relax! There is only 1 shower, which I did not pay attention to when booking. It wasn't hard to make work with only 4 adults, but it could make it challenging with any more guests sharing one shower. The entrance was easily missed when we were arriving and the gate at the entrance is right off of the main road with no space to pull in straight in front of the gate when first arriving and unlocking, would recommend pulling parallel to the gate. Overall, this was a great location!!! Would definitely stay here again!!

What a lovely place to stay. We especially appreciated the thought that went in to making the accommodations kid friendly: puzzles, rainy day activity sheet, bath toys, mini flashlights, s’mores kit, toddler friendly dishes. Trips with toddlers are never simple but these thoughtful touches make a world of difference!

We had a great stay at the cabin. The owner was extremely helpful whenever any issues came up and had everything well prepared before we arrived. Since the cabin uses well water, they thoughtfully provided drinking and cooking water, which was greatly appreciated. They also included a s’mores kit, plenty of firewood for our entire stay, and helpful information about local activities and rainy-day options.The only minor downsides were some typical quirks that come with well water, but nothing that took away from our experience. The pump ran dry at one point and we were unable to fix it until the next morning but it happened very late at night so no major issues arose, and the owner was able to walk us through fixing it early the next morning. As an added bonus, we received frequent visits from a very friendly neighborhood dog, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about the cabin, my kids are already asking when could we come back and stay at the same place. There isn’t anything negative what so ever to be said about the stay at the Rustic Cabin. The only thing we didn’t care much about was the entrance isn’t a lot of space to park to open the gate. Other than that it was absolutely beautiful and amazing. We book a lot of rentals through out the year and I have to say this is y far our favorite it is well equipped!

Property was gorgeous, totally secluded as there’s a gate to enter and acres of private owned land. We absolutely will be back to this cabin! The host went above and beyond as well included smores kits for the fire and candles for us to use and bottled water and coffee. Extremely clean as well. The only thing was the downstairs tv remote did not work so we had to get the fire stick from the upstairs tv and move it so we could watch, but that really wasn’t an issue considering there was so much to do outdoors! Exceeded our expectations tremendously !!!!

If you want a secluded cabin for rest and relaxation, then this is for you. My husband and I spent two nights in this cozy spot. It has three bedrooms, 2 baths, and a hot tub. It is decorated nicely and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. We did not use the fireplace because it was warm outside, but we did use the hot tub. It felt very nice in the chilly mornings. There are lots of bonuses provided like a smores kit, coffee, espresso, bottled water, high end towels, and an antique deep soaking claw foot tub. We will definately return. It is about a 20 minute drive NBSP.

The cabin was clean and the towels smelled amazing! We did not use the hot tub while we were there nor did we use the fire pit. The water was stinky and we did not use it to cook.

Perfect place to stay to visit the Red River Gorge area. Loved the log cabin in the woods. Lots of privacy. The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day after hiking. It has a cute kitchen and lots of sleeping options if you have a bigger family. We had a wonderful time on our weekend getaway.

We had a longer stay but it was further away from things than anticipated. It would have been nice to know about the well water prior to the stay. They provided s’more kit and a bundle of firewood which was a nice addition.
