Shopping everywhere and a kiosk next door & WIFI+A/C. I will be happy to help you with an airport shuttle!

The property also features amenities like AC, heating, a washing and dry-machine, WiFi, and an iron for convenience. Enjoy all that Istanbul has to offer when you stay at our place.

Lovely home, exactly as described. Location is wonderful, close to everything old city has to offer. 1 block away there is a lively bunch of restaurants and bars with music. Ezra gave us plenty of great recommendations for tours, transportation and restaurants. Our favorite was Hira Lokantasi, great authentic local food at super prices. We used her recommendation of Welcome Pickups for transfer to and from the airport and they were superb.

Esra, our host, was brilliant. She was incredibly helpful right from the start and when we had questions, she responded quickly with suggestions and assistance including recommending a transfer company for the airport runs who was great. The house was clean and as there were only 3 of us, we had a floor of the house each (there are 4 including the ground floor living area) with a bedroom and a bathroom (there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 singles - the singles don’t have aircon). I had the basement bedroom which was dark (but I like that!) and it was lovely and cool (pics attached). The bathrooms looked new and had great showers. Everything in the house was clean and new. The spiral staircase to the basement wouldn’t be great if you had mobility issues but it was fine for me. It is a good base as it is only about 10 mins walk to the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc and some lovely restaurants as well as trams to the Spice Bazare and over the Bridge to the other side where you can get cruises on the Bospherous. We mainly walked though as it was easy despite a few hills! The kitchen could do with a few more plates etc for if more people stayed but this is minor and we’d stay here again.Thank you Esra!

Hi Anna, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful and detailed review! It was an absolute pleasure having you as our guests at Istanbul Haus. Thank you also for your constructive feedback regarding the kitchen plates. We take our guests' comfort very seriously, so I will make sure to upgrade and expand our kitchen inventory right away so that larger groups are perfectly equipped in the future. We would love to welcome you back to your historic home base in Istanbul on your next trip! Warmest regards,Esra

My family of four stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The home was clean and centrally located, making it an ideal base for exploring Istanbul — many of the most popular sites were within walking distance and just a few minutes away. Esra, our host, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was highly responsive and answered our questions clearly and thoroughly.
