Newly Renovated 4BR/3BA Stilt Home in Ocean Lakes Site 5411 with Lift Elevator

Located in Ocean Lakes in the highly desirable 5000 section. Renovations are finally complete!
Enjoy what this 4-bedroom home has to offer. With great outside space on the covered deck or the sitting area under the home with a tv, everyone can relax. With 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk room that has 2 full and 1 twin, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Also there are large closets in every bedroom and the bunkroom even has 2 closets. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer, shower, and jetted bathtub in master for added comfort. Marvelous and brilliant, this gorgeous property also features central AC, heating, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, and an iron. There is even a pantry in the kitchen. Huge deck for dinning or for just sitting and relaxing. The home also features an elevator for those that my need a little help with stairs (key provided for guests as needed). Make your trip to the Beach relaxing and create great memories.
Linen Service is included with your stay!!
Families Must be 25 to Rent and renter listed must be at the home for the entire rental period. Home cannot be rented by someone on behalf of someone else.
Linens are included in rental fee. The linen service will provide sheet sets, along with towels, wash cloths, hand towels, a kitchen set and bath mats.
No Smoking
You must purchase $12 a day car passes directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes increase to $15 a day if arrival is 10 days or less from request.
No loud or vulgar language or music.
