The house has a wonderful layout and lots of space to spread out. Two families with college aged kids. Big family room for us to play games and hang out and lots of counter space for meal prep/food. Less than 10 min from everything we wanted to do in town too. We would definitely stay here again.

This is such a great property, it was the perfect place to stay as a family, before dropping three of my college kids off at Tech. The home was clean, spacious, & comfortable. Great appliances for cooking too! The hosts were amazing!

House is beautiful and very spacious. We had family from Phoenix, Mississippi, Lafayette that came to town to see my grandson from NMSU play LA Tech for football. This house gave us the space to have everyone comfortable and could visit. Thank you so much

I recently stayed at a VRBO in Ruston and had a great experience from start to finish. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It had a comfortable, homey feel that made it easy to relax after a long day.The location was perfect—close enough to everything in town but still quiet and peaceful. Whether grabbing food, running errands, or just exploring Ruston, everything was convenient to get to.The host was also excellent—responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. Check-in and check-out were simple, and it was clear they put effort into making guests feel welcome.Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Ruston. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a stress-free stay

Everything was perfect. If anything, the listing under-sells this home. Great communication with the host. Smooth check-in.
