I grew up in Vancouver B.C. and then moved to Toronto. After my marriage, we lived in Florida for a while but always headed to Puerto Vallarta every chance we got so after my husband died, I decided to move there. When I found the summers too hot, I moved up to the mountains just south of Guadalajara but I kept the condo in Vallarta because it was just too beautiful to give up!
Why Rachel chose South Shore Hotel Area
I wanted to enjoy the best Vallarta has to offer - white sand beaches, magnificent views of the Bay of Banderas, pelicans skimming the waves, colorful bougainvilla and gorgeous palm trees - without the crowds, but still in easy reach of downtown with its nightlife and restaurants and recreation. This is it! A little piece of heaven.
What makes this condo unique
No matter where I am in this condo, I can see and hear the ocean. The front is all glass sliding doors - both from the living area and the master bedroom - that lead out to the patio. At night I fall asleep to the sound of the surf. Mmmmmm or should I say Zzzzzzzzz.
