This property was perfect for our few day stay in Louisville for a sports tournament. It was quiet and had just what we needed. Host was available to answer questions quickly.
I received the email about getting the keys, but there were no codes to get into the property. I tried messaging the host and calling the host and left a voicemail, to which I received no call back. After over an hour of waiting, I had to find somewhere else to stay. I am currently talking to VRBO about getting a full refund for a place that I never had a chance of gaining entry. As for the stars... I have no idea what it looking like inside the place, obviously because we never were able to get in. I had to give at least a star to move forward in the review.
