Nestled in San José del Cabo, this delightful condo offers a brilliant stay for guests. With 1 cozy bedroom featuring a king bed and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, this space is perfect for a pleasant getaway. Enjoy the convenience of WiFi, a hair dryer, AC, and a washing machine during your stay. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Fully equipped kitchen has a large quartz countertop with bar stools. Dining table and propane grill on the patio. There are no stairs or steps from the parking lot into this condo. This is a Walkable area in the San Jose Hotel Zone near the Malecon with a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and spa services for your enjoyment. The Peninsula Condos are set inside the Vidanata Golf course which is open for golf and tennis. The complex is fenced and gated with a security person. The pool and palapa are spacious with sun and shaded areas of lounge furniture for you. There are men's & women's restrooms and showers at the pool Palapa and WIFI for your use in that area.

The location is very convenient, the unit was very clean and well appointed. Our host was available and helpful and the security staff (gated) was very helpful and helped with bags, arranging transportation and more.

Our stay was very comfortable and exactly what we expected. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants. The pool and palapa area are beautiful. The host was easily reached if we needed to contact her. Five star rating!

For the value this place is incredible. Great pool too. However I think a few things could be updated. The shower desperately needs new shower heads and a deep clean / replacement fixtures. The whole place definitely is older and could use some upgrades. Also there was really annoying construction every morning very early that kept us from sleeping in on vacation. Not fault of host but frustrating nonetheless. Didn’t receive check in or out instructions and had to call to get the code once we arrived. Host was responsive via text once we got ahold of her. Gated community was nice and felt safe. E-bikes were fun for going to coffee or restaurants nearby.

I appreciate that you saw the value for the price and location. Sorry to learn the shower was a problem for you. I left a new shower head for the handyman to change out in April so I will contact him as it should have been done. I will speak with the cleaner as well about the bath, it appeared clean last I saw it. This is in the 1st building of the complex from 2000. Only the tile floor is original. w I am wondering which fixtures need replaced? The toilet is only 2 yrs. old, replacing a shorter one, the kitchen is entirely new since 2020, enlarging the cabinet and counter space. We replaced a queen for a new king bed and added a dresser. We replaced the TV with in the past 12 months. The grill & table it is on are from last year. We do like the rustic look of the wood furniture and Talavera tile backsplash, keeping the feel of being in Mexico, more traditional. Prior owner did the copper sink & tile, upgraded from original about 8 yrs. ago in the bath. The construction from other units being remodeled is not allowed in high season which ends in April per HOA rules so nothing we can do about that. The construction work hours are limited to 8-5.
