Ven a visitar Sea Salt Villa! Esta es una villa de 3 pisos completada en 2018. Se encuentra al otro lado de la calle de la hermosa playa de Atlantic. Desde la puerta de entrada a la playa de arena hay solo 5 minutos a pie. Los restaurantes se encuentran a pocos minutos a pie. Esta casa cuenta con 2 dormitorios principales, ambos con camas king temperamento. El tercer dormitorio tiene una litera masiva para los niños o niños de corazón. La litera tiene una cama completa en la parte inferior, doble en la parte superior y doble nido, así como nuevos colchones para un descanso nocturno confortable. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño privado. Las villas albergan una piscina comunitaria rodeada de grandes palmeras y área de juegos (próximamente). Esta casa viene con un bonito mobiliario y está equipada con utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama, juegos, artículos para niños y más. Podrás capturar algunas vistas del océano en el balcón. Nosotros, los propietarios, nos esforzamos por alcanzar altos estándares en este alquiler. La mayoría de los muebles son completamente nuevos, así como todos los colchones para que esta estancia sea lo más agradable posible. We had a wonderful experience at this townhome! Great community with a nice pool and great proximity to a beautiful beach and beach bar/restaurant. We found everything to be clean and well taken care of. There were toys, a rocking chair, and a pack and play so that was all a helpful bonus!

We found the location to be very convenient. A short walk across the street to the beach very close to the pier (which has shade). Kids loved the pool. Having the dedicated parking spots was nice. Though we were here in peak summer we did not have any issues with parking even beyond the two dedicated spots. Only note i'd make is that all the bedrooms are on the second or third floor. not an issue for us but something to consider if you have guests with stair challenges. Grocery store is very close by as is the town park with a splash pad which was great for the kids. Easy to get into Morehead City as needed and we enjoyed a day trip to Beaufort.

It is a great place to stay with a young family. We had a few senior family members over 60 whom the stairs were a task to maneuver up and down. Over all great place to stay and near the beach.

Perfect for our family of 6

This property was the perfect place for our family to stay during our trip to Atlantic Beach! It was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly clean when we arrived. Parking was literally right outside the front door so unpacking and packing our vehicle was a breeze, same with groceries or other in/outs during the week. Keypad access was super convenient and easy for my kids. Because this is an end unit it has the benefit of a few additional windows and easy access to the back door by simply walking around the side of the building. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the separate bathrooms off each bedroom were invaluable to our family of six. Beach access was only a five minute walk and there is a convenient cross walk with flashing lights to help pedestrians cross the main road safely. The pool was an awesome perc of the stay as well...when it was too hot to walk to the beach, the pool was only a few steps away and never very crowded. The entire property grounds were well cared for and the pool area was friendly and inviting. There are businesses within walking distance and the dock overlooking Bogue Sound is only a short walk as well. Before and during our stay, our host, Allen, was kind and responsive with the few questions we had. It was clear he cared about the property and us having an enjoyable week. I recommend taking advantage of the host's suggestion for linen drop off service with Blue Water Services. This was new to us but we would do it again in a heartbeat.

Family time

This home was beautiful and in a great location! It was very well equipped, instructions on how to use the oven would be helpful. There was a mixup with the linens, I didn't see in the fine print of the details that linens were not provided, but Allen was very quick to respond and make things right. We were very happy all in all! A great family weekend!

Great Location

This house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our short stay. It is located directly across the street from the beach with a pedestrian crosswalk and beach access only a two minute walk. The host was extremely responsive when we had questions as well

Allen was a wonderful host! He was readily available to answer questions. He was extremely understanding of our situation and accommodating us with the weather and our checking in and out. Will be booking another stay soon!

Kid-friendly home

My kids loved their room! The bunk beds are great and there are a lot of toys and games. Nice setup in the living and dining areas. Some kid friendly cups and utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoy this complex with the pool right there and the beach across the street. Owner is very responsive. My husband and I stayed in the third floor bedroom. The mattress is very soft, which I'm sure some people love (but is not our favorite). Also wanted to note that when this listing says no linens included, that means everything even dish towels.

Fantastic Beach Townhouse

This was our second time staying at the townhouse, and we hope to be back many more times. The house is great for families - our 3 year old is obsessed with the bunk bed - and it came equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing - right at the border of Atlantic Beach and Pine Knoll Shores - and the neighborhood is right next to a lighted crosswalk to get to a public beach access. Five stars all around!

Very comfortable

When we walked in my husband said “you did great with this one!” We had several adults and two littles. Everyone was comfortable and even toys for the littles. Ideal location for beach, pool and playground. Relaxing evenings on the balcony. If we return to Atlantic Beach we will definitely stay here again.

We are North Carolina natives. This is one of our favorite beaches to visit. We love the beach but our current occupations keep us in the Raleigh area. We have 3 young kids and a Labrador.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose Atlantic Beach because we have been coming here for a very long time. The crystal coast offers beautiful scenery and AB is one of our favorites. This beach is not heavily congested like some beaches. It does have a lot to offer though. It’s convenient to Raleigh, which is where we live close to. This beach has other close by cities that offer sites and entertainment to keep you on the go if that’s what you enjoy. Beaufort and Morehead City downtown water fronts are great places to visit. Take a ferry to an island with wild horses or plan a lighthouse tour while visiting the area. Fort Macon and the NC Aquarium are also a plus to keep you learning while on vacation. Some of the best fishing can be done right off shore or inshore from AB. Overall, this is a laid back beach that is family friendly and that’s exactly what we wanted for our family.

This home is brand new with tons of new items. If you like freshness and not run down homes with old furniture, this is the one. We have all new temper style mattresses throughout along with new bedroom furniture. The downstairs living area is new as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with items to cook your home cooked meals everyday if you like. We have small kids so we have also tried to make the home very kid friendly. These new villas come complete with an awesome pool just steps from the back patio. There is an expansive 6-inch water deck for toddlers and babies to hang out in. The pool starts at 3 feet and goes to 5 feet at its deepest point. The pool has nice chairs, umbrella tables and a covered area to help keep everyone comfortable. You can access the beach across the street in 5 minutes or walk 10 minutes the opposite direction and watch sunsets on the inter-coastal waterway during summer time. Give this home a try and we are sure you’ll be coming back.
