Summary:

Looking for the perfect Orange Beach vacation with a few short steps to the beach, check out Perdido Dunes #41! This is a beachside complex with free parking, outdoor pool, and beach access! Not only are the amenities great, the complex is centrally located to incredible restaurants and within short driving distance for entertainment like Florabama and the Wharf! Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, updated decor, and comfort this beautiful unit offers! Bring your family and enjoy the beach with us!



The Space:

**SNOWBIRD MONTHLY RATE** $2600 base rent rate per month. This DOES NOT include Airbnb fees or other platform fees, applicable taxes, and cleaning. Please message us directly to get a more accurate all-in price.



Booking age requirement is 21 years of age or older!



When walking into the unit, the laundry space with washer and dryer is to your immediate left.



As you walk down the hallway you will see the 2nd bedroom/bathroom on the right and the kitchen area on the left which leads into the living room.



The patio access is directly off the living room space and the primary bedroom suite is directly across from the living room.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds.



The unit can comfortably sleep 4-6 depending on all adults or if small children will be staying.



The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig coffee maker and the dining space features a 4 seater table and kitchen island with 4 barstools.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to everything inside the unit with private patio.



Guest are able to park for free in spot 41 directly in front the unit door. Guest parking can park in a guest parking spot with parking pass which will be provided in the unit.



Guest will also have access to the outdoor pool and quick access to the beach!



Interaction with Guests:

Orange Beach Life Property Management will be available to assist guests before, during, and after each guest stay.

The property was beautiful, and the owners were excellent at responding to us in a timely manner as well as messaging us to provide any info we needed before we arrived. The area itself is relatively quiet and only a couple minute walk to the beach. If you’re looking for a stay that isn’t directly on the beach, but still very close to everything, this is the place to be.

Great location! Right on the beach with easy access. Kitchen is well stocked for cookers and for those that are not, there are plenty of places to dine nearby. Our host was friendly and very responsive to questions.

Pros: Great, clean condo! Communication was amazing with the host. About a 2 minute walk to the beach with direct access and the pool exactly in the middle, which was convenient to stop and cool off. 5 stars! Cons: Keurig didn't work. We are a family that cooks a lot and while there was cookware, there's no basic things like salt, pepper, oven mitts for baking, only 1 spatula, and the stove top didn't keep consistent heat. Again, it's not a huge deal just a few cons for me personally. Also, on our last night there a family came to the upper level condo above us and you could hear every noise they made/ walking etc... so the long drive home was exhausting with no sleep.

I’ll start with this is my family’s third stay at this property. It has all of the amenities you will need to have a home away from home experience. The beach is a short walk and the pool is a really nice option. There is a designated parking spot for your vehicle right in front of the unit. The description is accurate.
