This Inverness house has 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for your convenience.

The pool and hot tub can be heated, please note that there will be an additional charge of $35 per day. Hot t ub can be heated daily, pool heating is 2 night minimum.

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.
No more than 3 cars allowed per reservation.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
