This home offers over 2500+ sq/ft with a pool, 4bd/3b family house recently renovated with modern boho touches. An office space with a desk, fast Wifi and all you need for your business trip. On the back area/pool offers a nice place to seat and relax during your morning coffee or afternoon while having a glass of wine.
Quiet and safe neighborhood very close to downtown, hospital, restaurants and supermarkets. Ring doorbell for extra security. Located near Orlando and Tampa. Many things to do around, swimming with the manatees, tubing at Rainbow River, kayaking at Weeki Wachee, scalloping in Homosassa and Crystal River, biking, walking on a 46 miles walking trail, horseback riding, and even golfing. In top of this we have small beaches and plenty of nature to enjoy and relax.

Home will be thoroughly inspected prior to arrival and upon your checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: PHOTO OF DRIVERS LICENSE OR OFFICIAL PHOTO ID REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS PRIOR TO RECEIVING DOOR CODE.

House Rules:
1. Remove garbage from the dwelling in a clean and sanitary manner
2. Keep plumbing fixtures clean and in good repair
3. Conduct themselves and require their guests to conduct themselves in a manner that does not unreasonably disturb the tenant's neighbors or constitute a breach of the peace
4. Use and operate in a reasonable manner all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning and other facilities and appliances
5. Not smoking allowed inside the house just in the pool area and don’t throw cigarette butts in the ground or floor. Please use ashtrays
6. Only 2 small pets allowed
7. Please make sure all windows and doors are secure.
8. Do not open pantry this area is use for storage of linen, towels and cleaning products
Damages and security deposit:
1. Do not eat on bedrooms or living room area
2. Accidents happens. In the unfortunate event that you or a guest brakes or damage something please report it right away.
3. In the garage, you will find the electric panel. Please do not open it unless in the unlikely event of a power outage
4. There is a trash can provided in the bathrooms and kitchen where you can dispose of any garbage.
5. In the event that damage to the property or its contents exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to you.

House Rules Regarding the Neighborhood and Noise Levels
1. Please minimize noise between 10p.m. and 8 a.m. to ensure our neighbors can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep.
2. If you encounter any issues with our neighbors, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.
3. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount.

House Rules Regarding Extra Guests and Visitors
1. A maximum of 3 visitors total is allowed per day.
2. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that any visitor also complies with our House Rules.

House Rules Regarding Parties and Events
2. No parties or events are allowed.
3. Any small gathering is restricted to eight people in total and must comply with the rules regarding noise.

2. Please park your vehicle in the drive-way
3. Street parking is not allowed
4. Our garage is off-limits for any vehicles

House Rules Regarding Safety
1. Please ensure that all doors and windows are closed
2. By entering the pool or pool area, you take full responsibility for your own protection and any surface that you touch in the pool area.
3. Children should at all times be supervised at our property by adults
4. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times

House Rules Regarding Smoking
1. Smoking is only permitted on the pool area
2. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in the ashtray provided in the designated area

House Rules Regarding Pets
1. Only 2 small pets allowed
2. Pet fee: $150/per stay
3. Please when walking dog outside must always be on a leash

House Rules for Appliances
2. Please double-check that you have switched off all the lights or other electrical devices. Please set A/C to 74 before you go out.
3. You’re welcome to use the washer, but just make sure that you don’t overload it.

House Rules Regarding Garbage Disposal
1. Be so kind to dispose food in the available garbage bin
2. Please do not try to flush any sanitary products or baby wipes down the toilet. We have provided trash cans for this in all bathrooms

Biker’s dream and your pupster is welcome

Our visit at Serendipity was perfect. Communicating with Paola and checking in were easy. Paola was generous, thoughtful and kind. It is clear she loves her home and sharing it with appreciative guests. The house is in a peaceful neighborhood. We felt very safe there and were able to walk our dog after dark with no concerns. The home is spacious with a pool w protection around it for the safety of children and dog, and lanai, great for morning coffee and evening meals. The beds are comfy, sheets anre silky and abundant towels are provided. The kitchen is well-stocked, including spices, herbs. The house has beautiful light from plenty of windows. Rooms are large and office had room for my watercolor table in front of a big window. Bowls are provided for a pupster. Everything was sparkly clean. We heard Sandhill crane calls daily. The Withlacoochee 46-mile paved beautiful bike trail is one block from the house. Great for walking as well.We hope to return to Paola’s lovely home. So relaxing.

comfortable safe stay in the florida sun

My wife myself amd my son and my pet yorkie enjoyed the property we stayed in. the second time that we stayed in this house and we we're impressed by the upgrade and inprovements that were done since our last visit. many thanks to paula for her assistance in making our stay a succesful vacation.

Family visit

Property was a great landing place to relax and feel at home while being able to visit family in the area without being a burden on them. So much better than being packed into a hotel room. Our host was very responsive and showed great interest in our stay being a success.

Property was nicely laid out and well suited for our group. Also Paola was kind enough to get us a larger blender which came in handy. Overall a great place to stay for a golf vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described. We frequently stay in vrbos and this rental was very nice. There was plenty of space, modern updates, and beautiful live plants throughout the house. The pool was lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet

What a beautiful home

The house was more than I could have ever asked for it felt like home. I seriously want to move there that’s how much we loved it. I think the location is perfect you are close to so much but far enough away that you can have a small town feel and feel safe. The homes location is so quiet that you feel so relaxed. I would absolutely love to come back and stay again.

Beautiful property

This spacious home is really comfortable. We stayed for a few days and are now planning a longer return trip next vacation. Convenient location. Can't wait to go back.

My first vacation rental

This was my first vacation stay ever. Paola was prompt in allowing and accommodating my stay. The house was beautiful and large enough to sleep my group. It was clean and comfortable. We were down for my Uncle’s burial and this space allowed us to commune, relax, reflect, celebrate and laugh together in a sad time. It was so nice that we asked to stay another day. Thank you Paola for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home.

Good for 2 families w kids and pet friendly

Nice and clean house. Pool was great for kids and had floats. Pool was gated. Pet friendly property for 2 dogs. We had traveled for a funeral and needed a place for a few families and pets to stay together and this was perfect. Good wifi. Neighborhood was mostly quiet but had some colorful neighbors with political flags. Very easy check in and out process. Host had great communication. Left nice basket of snacks for the kids. Closely review all house rules as there are many. Master bed could be upgraded with newer mattress. Kitchen had limited cook wear, pans, etc and no oven mitts. Would recommend if you need to stay in the area.

All The Comforts Of Home

To say the house was spacious is understating it. Ever room was large including the master bedroom, living room, dining room and master bath. I especially made use of the office area. Paola made us feel like family visiting rather than just guests. My wife enjoyed the comfortable pool and I the large tv. We had one or two concerns which were dealt with immediately. Paola was genuine in wanting our 2-month stay to be perfect. We highly recommend the house for both short and lengthy stays.

Perfect Accommodation

We rented this location to house family members who were attending a funeral. Four bedrooms allowed us to ensure everyone a comfortable place to sleep close to our home in Inverness. The master suite was very roomy and the rest of the beds were very comfy. The open common area allowed for many family activities and meals together.

Enjoyed our stay

Spacious Home and Great Host

The home was extremely nice and well maintained and we couldn’t have been happier with Paola and everyone who helped us. The screened/caged pool area provided a very relaxed area to unwind after a busy day…plenty of space…close to whatever you need…we had a great time!!! Thank You!!!!

Nice stay

Plenty of room for our family trip! Home was spotless. We all enjoyed the pool in a very quiet neighborhood. There was a pool fence that was easy to put up and use, which was great for having a just under 2 yr old. Coffee and a few snacks were provided upon our arrival- nice touch. Communication with host was quick. Nice place overall!

Perfect

We were in the area for a funeral in Dunnellon. The house was far enough away to reduce visitors and close enough to be a short drive. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. The house was clean spacious and comfortable. We couldn’t ask for more.

Beautiful house! Me and my family loved everything about it , great area ,many things to do near by if you’re trying to relax. The host was very nice and welcoming . I would definitely return when I come back .
