Located just minutes from I-25, our 4,500 sq ft, three-story home provides easy access to Colorado Springs, Denver, and the Air Force Academy's North Gate. Enjoy family-friendly amenities, explore nearby attractions, entertain in a spacious backyard, your ideal getaway awaits!
The Heart House (Hospitality Elegance and Retreat Together) offers ample space for families and groups to relax and connect. The main floor features a formal dining room, a cozy living room, a spacious family room, and a dedicated two-person office area—providing versatile spaces for both leisure and productivity.
Upstairs, you'll find multiple bedrooms, including at least two king-sized beds, ensuring restful nights for all guests. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms and a Murphy bed, perfect for accommodating extra guests or creating a private suite for a second family. This level also includes a separate office area, making it ideal for remote work or study sessions.
Designed to comfortably host two families, the layout allows one family to occupy the upper levels while another enjoys the privacy of the basement suite. The spacious backyard provides a safe and inviting area for children to play or for families to gather and unwind.
