Our comfortable two (2) story, plus basement, home features four bedrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor with the remaining 3 upstairs on the top floor. The house has three (3) full bathrooms - 2 shared and one private primary bedroom ensuite.

All bedrooms provide plenty of natural light, bedside tables with lights and chargers for all your device charging needs. Each bedroom offers ample storage space for your belongings in the accessible closets and dressers.

Escape to the beauty of the Pocono Mountains and experience the ultimate in outdoor living with our two (2) decks and yard. The shared deck features a dining table for four (4) and a charcoal grill for alfresco meals with family and friends. There is plenty of space to hang out in the back yard to enjoy the fresh air, play some fun outdoor games, play on the swings attached to the underside of the deck, or make s’mores around the wood burning fire pit!

PLEASE NOTE:

• IDENTIFICATION •
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and be present during the entire stay (No third-party rentals). Minors under 18 can only stay with parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, and must never be left at the property unsupervised. Upon booking, the primary renter will be sent a digital rental agreement to read/sign and will be asked to provide a copy of their ID. The booking is not complete until this agreement is signed.

• PARKING •
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the driveway at the property. Street parking is not allowed.

• COMMUNITY •
All guests need to be registered with the Emerald Lakes community HOA at least 24 hours prior to the arrival. The community offers amenities that are accessible to all guests during the designated hours of operation. Amenity passes can be obtained by visiting the community center. Pass are required to access any of the amenities, including the lakes and beaches.

• WILDLIFE •
Our home is located in a semi-wooded area not far from a lake. You will likely encounter wildlife near the house including small animals, deer, or the occasional bear. This also means that insects may be present. We have great cleaners and have pest control treat our home regularly but you may still find a random insect in or around the house, especially during the Spring when the weather starts warming up

• HOT TUB & SAUNA •
The hot tub and sauna are cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please see our house manual for additional information regarding the use of these amenities.

• SECURITY •
To enhance security at the entrance, we have installed cameras at the front entrance facing the street/driveway. These cameras allow us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door. However, we also respect your privacy during your stay and want to reassure you that there are no cameras installed inside the house itself. We firmly believe in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where you can relax without any concerns about being monitored.

• CANCELLATION •
Our cancellation policy is firm. Trip insurance is highly recommended to ensure you are refunded for any last minute cancellations.

We welcome small children, families and infants, however it is up to you to determine whether this listing is suitable for your children.

Our home is in a private community. When you book our home please be prepared to send over a copy of your ID and guest information, include guest names and vehicle registration.

Maximum occupancy is 8 persons, that includes adults and children.

We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the driveway at the property. Street parking is not allowed.

Per city ordinance, quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Tampering with, disabling, or inhibiting use of the security cameras and/or internet equipment at the property is prohibited and will lead to a $500 fee and/or a termination of your stay.
