The unit was just as pictured online. Was very clean, check in was easy, Tamara was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. Added bonus the pool was nice and was walking distance to Reliant stadium. I would recommend and stay again.

This place was just what we needed when my husband had his surgery at MDA. It was less than 5 minutes from the hospital with easy access and having assigned parking was excellent. The host very friendly and attentive to our needs, responded promptly when questions came up. I would definitely recommend and stay here again if I ever need extended stay in Houston. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need for long stay in Houston.

It was very clean with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom with the softest towels. The host was very nice and responded quickly to all questions. The location was perfect to NRG stadium. The bed was very firm and the water pressure is very hard. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

It was a very clean place and spacious. One thing to be aware of is that it is quite the wall to the elevator. Since there may be guests who are patients of Texas Medical Center with physical limitations, this may be an important consideration. Also outside of the shower, it takes a while for the hot water to come on. Otherwise, I will keep this place in consideration for future visits.

The host provided great communication and clear directions, but the overall experience was incredibly disappointing due to a total lack of flexibility. Days before arriving, we tried to cancel our reservation because alternative medical housing opened up last minute. As a cancer patient facing heavy medical bills, this would have helped us tremendously. VRBO support was actually willing to cancel the reservation for us, but the host completely refused.The stay itself lacked the comfort needed for recovery. The mattress was super firm, and a neighbor's dog barked loudly into the evening when we were trying to rest. After receiving devastating news from MD Anderson, we ultimately chose to leave three days early. While the host is a good communicator, their rigid stance during a medical crisis made an already stressful situation much worse.

The room was clean. Host provides enough bars of soap and tubes of lotion for 7 guests for days but not a single drop of Shampoo. My bad for assuming all soaps provided description didn’t include at least a small tube of shampoo. When traveling/flying it’s customary to be provided with bath essentials. It may sound petty, but when your body and hair needs cleaning before sleeping, a nickel’s worth of shampoo is appreciated. While I’m rolling, there is only stairs close to the room. Elevator is good stroll on the 5th floor. Host was responsive, I give her a thumbs up but the room ….. well it’s the little things that make or break the experience.
