Just steps from the water, it provides easy access for boating, kayaking, paddling, swimming and fishing enthusiasts. Enjoy modern conveniences including free Wi-fi, TV, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for memorable gatherings. The master bedroom has a queen mattress and TV for streaming. The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom, twin on top. There are two full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa for a comfortable experience. Added amenities include a swim ladder, dock posts and and elevator.(note that the elevator is not a guarantee if a maintenance issue occurs)

There is no boat trailer parking and the overflow lot for a 2nd vehicle is not guaranteed and is first come first serve and may not be reserved in advance. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made. Please contact prior to booking for approx. closure/repair dates.

Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date. Due to ongoing upgrades inside the association some of the amenities may not be available during your stay and there maybe some interruption in electric service as repairs are made.
