Dock amenities include posts, cleats and fish table with running water. Downstairs includes covered parking, full size gas grill, outdoor shower, bicycles, inside storage space, bait freezer, and outdoor seating with tables upstairs and downstairs. Conveniently located just minutes from the on-property marina, pool, convenience store and recreation center.

Everything was great. Cudjoe Key is a great location to see a lot of the Keys. The property was well maintained and all communications were clear.

Well worth it
The property was very clean , very well equipped. Very nice home. Very comfortable inside and out. Wish I was still there ! Would absolutely recommend.

The host communicated poorly and was unresponsive in many cases.The home was clean enough except the grill was filthy.The home had no coffee filters, no basic salt, pepper, etc.The included soap, shampoo, etc. was sparce.I'd rent the house again but never again with the existing property manager/hose.

Starting April 1st, AT&T will begin Operation Fiberoptic VO. Three teams will swarm the park in multiple locations. Please make sure your renters are aware that there will be park-wide construction. Potholes, noise, & wifi outage will be the norm. for 4-6 weeks, while they bring us up to date.
