If you are going to All Star Village, this house is a fantastic location. I stayed with another coach wife and our teens. There is down time between games and this was close enough that we could go back to the house, eat, get out of the sun/rain. It’s clean, air conditioned, has a well stocked kitchen, and the host has great communication.

Charming, well kept house in Oneonta with the perfect blend of old & new touches. Tons of natural light. Super quiet neighborhood & private driveway. Host is very responsive to any questions you may have. Close to local restaurants. Fully stocked kitchen. Slept great with the cold AC & perfect location if you want to be very close to All Star Village!

Our family was in town for my son's week in Cooperstown. My wife & I had a really good experience at this property. Hunter is very responsive if there are any issues. The property is 2 stories a basement below. The bedrooms & the 1 bathroom are upstairs & the washer/dryer are in the basement accessed via stairs. There are even a few steps to get from the back door to the 1st floor. Something to keep in mind if there are mobility issues. The beds all had comfortable clean linens & plenty of pillows. Each room has its own window A/C unit. This property has nice matching ceramic plates/bowls, stainless steel cookware, real glassware, a nice variety of matching utensils and a spice rack. There is hand & dish soap in the kitchen soap/shampoo in the bathroom. No need to purchase these items for your visit. The bathroom has plenty of towels. There is a Brita style water filter in the fridge to filter your own water instead of buying it while you are there, if you choose. There is a TV downstairs w/ some streaming options. There is a gym called Table Rock Fitness that is 1/2 mile away. Easily walkable. You can pay 15 daily or 35 for the week. No classes. Just machines & some free weights. The restaurants and stores nearby will be mostly local establishments. There are some chain restaurants and a Walmart about 3.5 miles away. This all makes this property very convenient for your Cooperstown stay.This property is definitely worth your consideration.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is very clean and feels safe and comfortable. It is the shortest drive to the parking lot at Cooperstown All Star Village! We were able to easily go back and forth throughout the day and the house was a lovely escape! The property owner is very responsive and kind, we were even able to check in early. The house has all of the amenities you would hope for, including great cookware, a stove, refrigerator, and laundry. The air conditioning units work really well. The front porch is adorable and fun to relax on after a long day at the park. There are plenty of spaces in the house to relax and it is so clean. The bathtub is great. There is a nice Hannaford about 7 minutes from the house and there is also a Starbucks and shopping plaza near there as well. We highly recommend this property!! Definitely worth it for closeness and peace of mind.

This house was absolutely beautiful and incredibly clean. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was fantastic, and the host made everything so easy for us. This house was the perfect place to stay during our week at Cooperstown All Star Village. The location couldn’t have been better - only about 4 minutes from the fields! The home was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We also felt very safe and at home the entire week. The host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other Cooperstown families!
