The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Dispose of all garbage, pet waste and food in the city issued trash bin. Collect all used towels and place them on the floor of the bathrooms. Collect all used linens and put them on the bed.
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Any large items that needed to be hand washed please have done so and leave drying on the drying rack
Please lock front door behind you when you are all finished with the space by simply pressing the “Yale” icon on the keypad
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fantastic place to spend quality family time over the Christmas holiday. Lovely home with lots of cozy places to relax and unwind! The amenities in the home are amazing, especially the kitchen. It had everything we needed to cook meals together which is one of our favorite things to do when we get together. Highly recommend….we would stay here again!!

I can’t say enough about Brianna and her townhome. She was very accommodating to our changes and needs. She replied in a timely manner to my messages. My daughter graduated from ISU amid a snow storm. I thank Brianna immensely for releasing a lot of stress by allowing some last minute time changes. The home had so much to offer. Brianna did not skimp on quality.

Brianna was an outstanding host, communicating reliably and providing a beautiful, welcoming and comfortable home for our stay. The entire unit is tastefully decorated and every location has just what is needed, from pillows to throw blankets, making it feel like the home you wish you had. The entire unit was thoughtfully supplied - we had everything we needed for our stay to be relaxing. The kitchen had all the dishes, silverware and utensils we needed. There was plenty of storage containers, ziplock bags, paper towels, etc. The bathrooms were immaculate- clean and well supplied with needed personal care items, including Qtips, makeup remover pads, tissues, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and more. Brianna anticipated every need and all of our wants!The beds were super comfortable and the room darkening curtains were great for restful sleep. It was so wonderful being able to park our vehicle in the garage overnight. We visit Bloomington/Normal regularly to visit family and we hope this will be our home away from home in the future.
