This stylish, comfortable, and luxurious place to stay is perfect for group trips, family get together, vacations, and special events. Let our home provide the ultimate relaxation and much needed family experience you’ve been waiting for.

The space
Beautiful home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, enclosed backyard with deck and hot tub. Basement is the ultimate man cave equipped with theater seating for 6 adults with 80 inch tv. Industrial-sized air hockey table, bumper pool table, and lots of board games. The home has 4 beds that can sleep up to 8 adults. If you are wanting to accommodate 2 more adults there is an air mattress available and plenty of blankets and pillows. There is also plenty of room to accommodate small children. I have a high chair, portable playpen, and toddler toilet. Small children are not allowed in the hot tub. They should also be supervised at all times.

Great house! We liked the location in a neighborhood that is outside of town but close enough to easily get to anything you like. Host was very easy to communicate with and the house is well furnished with lots of amenities. A great find!

Amazing House

The property manager was wonderful to work with. The house was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. The man cave downstairs was amazing. Movie theater was very comfortable. I will be coming back to rent in the future. My family and I felt so relaxed in your home.

Perfect amount of beds- the air matress was ready and made! Nice touch!! Plenty of towels for hot tubbing and seperate ones for showers!! Love the space - and amenities!!

The property manager was very responsive and helpful when I text her about raising the heat. There were alot of extras (toilet paper, paper towels, anything in fridge, coffee, etc)

Everything you could want or need!

This home was comfortable, an located a quiet neighborhood. Everything you could want or need from games to cooking utensils, snacks, coffee and even some toiletries! My sisters and I spent the weekend there and except for one afternoon, we spent the entire weekend enjoying the basement rec room. Theater seating, a game table and a wet bar…who could ask for more! To top it off there was not a speck of dust or dirt to be found and the house smelled amazing! Thank you for a wonderful place for us sisters to spend quality time together.

Spacious!

It was a great stay for a girls weekend for all 7 of us. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms that made it easy for us to play games together, but also have down time apart. The check in and check out process was super easy. It's good to mention that the property is in the middle of an older neighborhood. For a group of 30 year olds, 10pm curfew on Saturday was tough because we'd get to laughing on the patio and lost track of time. We felt awful when a neighbor yelled at us to keep down and quickly went inside. It wasn't a big deal, but is good to note for groups of bigger sizes.

Peoria Trip

Out of all the homes we have stayed over the years everyone agreed that this was by far one of the best! The home was spotless, welcoming and cozy with the most comfortable beds. The amenities were great and so many extras. The host left us a large basket of snacks, a delicious soup and breakfast food to prepare which was unexpected and so nice and appreciated, saved us from trying to find a place in town to go so we all enjoyed a nice breakfast together. The “Man Cave” was amazing we spent most of our time there-the theatre chairs, poker table, air hockey and bar were all enjoyed by everyone! Nice quiet neighborhood set away from town, not too far of a drive back in with many nice restaurants to choose from. The host was always available to answer any questions and takes such great care of her guests. Our stay here was 5 stars plus, we would all love to come back and stay.

Great house for families

We had a wonderful stay. There were some initial points of confusion that were out of the control of the owner. Kerina went out of her way to accommodate us. The house is very comfortable and the game room was great for the young adults in our group. Would definitely want to stay here again when we come back to visit our Son and his new wife. Thank you Kerina and I'm sorry things didn't go as smoothly as we would both have preferred. But, you were great.

Golf Trip

House was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the hot tub and hanging out on the back deck. Was very close to the Den at Fox Creek golf course. We would stay again.
