* A work from home office and one living room will allow working and private space, with high speed WiFi while you stay in connected.
* Dining room with Table seating for 6 and full kitchen offers the option for meals prepared and /or enjoyed at the home
* 65“ 4k smart TVs in living rooms and 50” in primary bedroom for you and your group to login to any of your streaming services while staying.

Guest access
Guest will have access to entire house upon the booking and duration of the stay. Please use keypad to enter through the front door for self check in.

Parking
Garage and driveway hold 4 cars, if extra parking is needed, you can park on street.

Other thing to note
* no vaping or smoking inside of house. Please respect to non-smokers and we would like to keep our place fresh and clean for everyone.
* You have 100% responsibility for damages cause accidents by you and your group during your stay.
* We are located in super quiet neighborhood, would kindly ask you to stay in quiet from 10pm - 7am while you stay.
* Trash can goes to curb Monday evening for early Tuesday morning pick up, recycling is every other Tuesday. Please take it back to garage during your stay. * We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general grounds keeping.
* Please note that the fireplace is not operational.
