Este condominio frente al mar es la escapada de vacaciones perfecto para hasta cuatro personas. Está situado directamente en una de las playas más hermosas de Puerto Rico. Este edificio de condominios tiene una ubicación céntrica en el corazón de la moderna zona de Condado y está situado entre los hoteles Marriott y La Concha. Justo al lado se encuentra el Marriott Hotel and Resort, que cuenta con un casino, spa, sesiones de masajes, piscina y un conserje que puede reservar cualquier tipo de excursión en la isla o la actividad que pueda estar interesado. Hay un montón de oportunidades de compras y numerosos restaurantes a poca distancia. Usted puede dar un paseo o correr alrededor de la hermosa Laguna Condado. Lugares de interés turístico como el Bosque Lluvioso y el Viejo San Juan están a un corto trayecto. El apartamento está a unos 15 minutos en taxi del aeropuerto Luis Muñoz Marín.
Nuestro condominio está equipado con cortesía y contraseña protegida WIFI. La cocina está totalmente equipada con platos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios. Todas las sábanas y toallas se proporcionan para su conveniencia. El dormitorio alberga una cama king size para su comodidad. Para fines de planificación, el horario de entrada es a las 4:00 PM y la hora de salida es a las 11:00 AM.
La pared llena de cristal en este espacioso condominio octavo piso le ofrece una vista al mar que nunca olvidará. También hay un balcón de tamaño completo que le permitirá tomar en las impresionantes vistas al mar más plenamente.

Loved this condo! Location was great-beach, many restaurants, and stores nearby. We walked to everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite spot. The views were amazing! We had a wonderful time and will be back!

You will love the balcony views in the morning with your coffee. Mere steps from the sand and beach. Great location close to restaurants and a pharmacy/grocery. Very attentive owner. Available when you call if not calling back within minutes. Will stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is absolutely excellent—right in front of the beach and in a prime spot close to everything. The condo was perfect: clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The best part was waking up and walking right out to the beach! Communication was great too—very helpful and always available when we had questions. We’ll definitely be renting this place again. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, we love this building and have stayed at another unit here but this is our favorite. Great views, cool air and a comfy bed. Lots of extras and the host was quick to respond. Beach chairs were a plus.

Anniversary Trip

First timers to Puerto Rico and wr had a wonderful time. The condo wad lovely and the view of the beach was spectacular. We had a couple questions for the owner and she responded promptly. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay there again.

Great Condo! Great Location!

My husband and I needed to recharge and decided to go to PR. We rented this condo because it was centrally located and on the beach. The key situation might be a little discouraging at first but we got the whole system down within hours of our arrival. The condo is located right on the beach. Upon entering the condo it is well appointed clean and modern. The view from the living room of the ocean with the sliding doors was stunning. Bedroom and bathroom were updated. The mattress is very comfortable. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Beach chairs available or you can rent 2 chairs and umbrella for 20 right on the beach. Condo is in walking distance of restaurants, Walgreens across the street and local restaurants also. We would suggest trying Juliu's Restaurant right next to Walgreens. Their Seafood Soup and food is outstanding. They also serve breakfast. One of the beach chairs was broken and I informed Debora the owner and she quickly responded that there was another one in their garage if we wanted to use it. Overall a wonderful stay and if we decide to come back, we will try to rent Debora's condo again. Thank you Debora for allowing us to stay at your place. We loved it!

Great beach location, very clean condo

Big 1 bedroom unit included everything needed. Thankful for the extras, beach chairs, towels, etc... Clean, comfortable and many safety features. The location is walkable to everything needed. Easy Uber to Old San Juan and other local attractions. Would prefer TV in living room. Great stay!

Very Fun/Urban Beach Area

Very nice place, with amazing views. Was just as happy sitting on the balcony as we were sitting on the beach. This is a very urban area with heavy nightlife. Uber friendly area, but renting a car seems convenient enough. Convenient location, would recommend!

Great Stay

We had a great stay over five nights while visiting the island to attend a wedding. The location is great for getting to many of the local sights and there are plenty of decent restaurants right down the street. Debora was quick to respond to questions during the initial booking process and the one time I contacted her after our arrival, which was in response to a message from her, I had no issues getting in touch. As other reviewers have noted, the number of keys is notable. Since we rented a car and utilized the garage associated with the unit, this meant we needed to carry even more items with us. While we had no issues ultimately doing this, needing five different remote/keys to gain entry is a lot to tote around. Since the street was filled with beachgoers upon our arrival, I also had to drive around for a bit while my mom worked out how to get into the unit to obtain the gate and garage remotes. One other note is that the elevator did go out one time, however, it was quickly repaired on the same day. The maintenance worker, as others have mentioned, is extremely helpful/friendly and was very apologetic about making my 69yo mother walk up the stairs.

Great Beach Condo

I stayed here with my 5-year-old son and husband. The location is fantastic. The unit was secure and easy to access. You can see the beach from the rental and everything needed was an easy walk. We were able to walk to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store, and beach. The elevator and entire condo lost power several times during the stay. The condo is on the 8th floor. This could pose a challenge for those who rely on the elevator due to mobility issues. It was a good location to stay with children. The couch folds out and can sleep 2. The beach the property is located on is a bit choppy for children to swim in, but there are calmer waters about a 6 minute drive away.

Awesome Stay

We checked in on a Sunday and everything went smoothly. The owners details and instructions were simple and easy to follow. It seems like a lot at first but I loved the security of the stay. Didn't have to worry about any unwanted guest. Debora replied to ALL of my messages promptly and answered all questions and concerns. The maintenance man was super friendly and made sure things were in line. The condo was comfortable, great view and everything functioned properly. I had/have only one concern while there and even the Condado maintenance workers couldn't answer my question. So, about 3 times during our stay they would bring a backhoe onto the beach entrance area and dig up/open a trench to the water by the Puerto Rican flag. This ditch when opened exposed a concrete drain that looked like it was connected to the street drains. This appeared to allow water and anything else from the streets to run into the ocean. This raised some swimming and sanitary concerns. There was a light smell of sewer close to this area. But honestly this was my only concern/complaint.

I could have stayed there forever!

I was very disappointed that I had I to leave, I guarantee that you will be too. This place is beautiful! It has spectacular views of the beach and the ocean from the balcony and the bedroom. I enjoyed having meals on the balcony with the sight of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. The beach is a few steps away and the water is pristine. It is located in the perfect area, lots of restaurants, stores, and 2 pharmacies are within walking distance. It is right in the middle of all the action. You really don’t need a car in this location. I was able to get to and from Old San Juan on an electric scooter, there were many available across the street, you find them everywhere they were a real convenience. Just download the app and you good to go. Debora & Steve are fantastic hosts, they are quick to respond and quick to check up on you. They have done an incredible job with this place, it is 5 star! The apartment is well equipped with everything you will need and more. It is clean, cozy and well thought out with quality appliances and furniture the only thing missing is you, book it as soon as you can, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect!

Fantastic location just steps from the beach. The apartment was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice condo , area beach front!!

Everything was amazing so cozy . Very clean and just all around great ! The location is literally the most amazing part 1 minute from the beach another minute to the strip lol !! And not to mention I felt very safe because the condo is gated as well ! I will be returning!!

We've traveled the world and decided to purchase this beautiful apartment because we love the area and the Puerto Rican people. We now use this renovated apartment to escape the cold Chicago winters.
We love to share our little piece of heaven with people like you who can appreciate the warmth and beauty of our island paradise and the culture of it’s amazing people.
We have successfully run short term rentals both here in Puerto Rico and another home on the Chain O Lakes in Northern Illinois since 2009.

You will be hard pressed to find a better view of the beach and the water than from our apartment. We take pride in maintaining the property to ensure you enjoy your vacation home away from home experience. Each night, you'll be lulled asleep by the ebb and flow of the waves.
The area has multiple shops, restaurants and grocery options all within walking distance. We'd love to host your stay.
